I call on my angels and my guides to move around me this morning.
I ask them to clear my throat chakra.
Any worries,
Any insecurities,
Any fears?
I ask are removed.
I ask them to take away any patterns that hold me back that stop the flow of my energy from above to below from my crown to my feet.
I ask that all of my fears are removed.
We give these to God.
We give these to our guides.
I ask that my throat is opened up,
Released,
That there are rings of light radiating out from my throat chakra.
I ask that my chest is opened up,
That my soul center and the upper chest is uncovered.
Please remove anything that is sitting on top of it,
Any constrictions or restrictions.
I ask that any patterns that are hiding my soul light from shining are removed now.
I ask my sphere guides and my angels to please move in and take these patterns from my chest,
My upper chest.
I ask that any fears or worries that are holding my shoulders tight are removed now,
Released from my shoulders.
I ask that I am free,
That my shoulders are looser.
I ask that my angels move around me and work on me now,
Clearing my energy and my shoulder chakras,
The vortexes that sit in my shoulders.
I ask that any trauma is released from my body,
Any gray energy,
Black energy released from my shoulders,
Anything keeping them tight is released.
I give thanks for my angels placing their hands on my upper back and healing me,
Putting light into me,
Yellow light into my shoulders,
Into my upper back.
I ask that my energy is cleared all the way down my spine,
Down my back muscles to the pelvis.
I give any gray energy away to God,
To my guides.
I ask that my angels clear me.
They clear all of the layers around me in my energy field,
In the bubble around me.
I ask that light is swirling round and round through every layer around my body.
I ask that all of my fears are removed from my back,
From the layers around me.
I ask that anything that is inhibiting me from being a bright light,
From laughing loudly and freely and openly,
Speaking out,
Speaking my truth,
Standing in my power,
Is removed.
Anything in the way of my light,
I ask,
Is removed.
I ask that I'm able to sit up tall and strong with pride,
Proud of who I am,
In love with my own light,
Which is God's light pouring through me.
I ask that I am out of the way and God's light is able to channel through me so that I feel perfection,
So that I feel in love with my own light,
In love with this energy,
With this feeling moving through me,
In love with my life.
I ask that I'm in the flow,
In my own flow of energy and in the flow of my life.
I ask that I am in the flow of God's light,
An angelic light.
I pull in their light now.
I ask that all of the vortexes in my body pull in the light from my angels and guides.
I feel this now.
I receive this now.
I receive their love.
I receive their kindness.
I ask for their joy.
I ask that the joy from the angels moves through me so that I feel joy all the way through my legs,
Into my feet,
Into the ground.
I ask that joy moves through my hands,
Through my back,
Through my spine.
I ask that joy shines through my smile,
In my face,
Through my eyes,
Through my voice.
I ask that my shoulders move with ease and grace,
That I walk through this life full of ease and grace and joy.
I ask that the light,
The yellow-white light,
Splashes into my face.
I drink it in.
I absorb it.
I ask that I am centered.
I ask that I know my next step.
I know what to do next.
Throughout this whole day,
This week,
This month,
This year,
I ask that it's very easy for me and simple for me to take my next step,
To know what to do next,
To make simple decisions,
Big decisions,
Made smaller,
Simpler,
Broken down,
Easy.
I ask that any shyness I might have toward having any kind of new adventure is removed from me.
Any fear,
Any smallness in my energy that is keeping me from expressing who I am and having great adventures,
I ask is removed from me.
I ask that I move with the flow.
I ask that I am like a tree in the wind,
Strong and yet easily moved,
Swaying back and forth.
I ask that I am able to move through life elegantly,
Gracefully.
I ask that I am unafraid.
I ask that I'm able to release fear quickly and easily.
Take a deep breath and move forward.
Please remove the fear from my path so that I can see my path.
Please remove the fear,
The gray energy from in front of me,
In my energy bubble so that I can easily and simply,
Openly step into my path,
Into my future.
I give thanks for the support of my spirit guides and angels.
I give thanks for how you have my back,
How you're by my side,
How you're showing me the way,
How you're leading me along my path.
And I look forward to the future.
I look forward to tomorrow.
I look forward to next year.
I am unafraid.
Please take any leftover fear from my throat,
From my body.
Bring me trust.
Bring me the trust that allows me to step forward knowing that I am still in your light.
I am always in your light.
I can always return to your light.
I am with my angels.
I am with my guides.
God's presence is with me.
God's presence is in me.
God's energy,
God's light is through me.
And I am always safe no matter what happens next.
I am always safe.
I give thanks for the light that is always coursing through me and healing me.
I ask that I am returned to you again and again.
Return to the light again and again and again.
I give thanks for your comfort.
I give thanks for your love.
I give thanks for how you believe in me.
I am immersed in God's light.
I trust.
I believe.
I am whole and I am complete.
