This is a bedtime prayer and visualization for kids.
I want you to give me anything that you've been worried about.
So just try to think of anything that's made you kind of afraid or upset and I'm just gonna take it from you.
I'm using my breath to move the energy.
Thoughts,
Worries,
Fears are just made of energy and energy is like a color like the rainbow.
Every color in the rainbow is a different frequency of energy but sometimes energy can be brown or black like if we're worried or we're afraid it'll just look brown or black.
Sometimes black can be a gorgeous color like the night sky with stars in it.
Sometimes black energy can just feel heavy in the body.
Anything that's made you not feel very good,
Maybe your body hurts,
Maybe you've been sick,
I'm just gonna take away any of the heaviness in the body.
Anything that's made you feel heavy.
We ask our angels to move around us and we ask the angels to help me take away anything that's been upsetting you.
You can imagine that you're wrapping it up in a package like you're putting all of the feelings that you don't want into this brown paper and then you're gonna fold it up and then you can tie it with a ribbon like a black ribbon and just say,
Here Ariel take it and I'll take it away.
And then we give it to God or to the universe or the night sky or the sunlight or the ocean or the wind.
We give it away and we ask that it's removed from you,
Taken far from you so that you feel lighter and freer.
We ask that you feel so light that you're like a dandelion puff blown in the wind or like a leaf floating through the air or like a little toy sailboat bobbing along in the water,
Allowing the wind to move it left and right and all around in a circle.
We imagine that you're like a fairy dancing around jumping from leaf to leaf running down branches hopping along,
Flitting around like a little hummingbird,
Laughing,
Joyous.
And now I want you to imagine that if you're a leaf floating in the air or the wind you're spiraling down down down down to your bed and you're gonna slip easily under your covers.
And now I want you to think about your mom's love for you.
All of her love for you.
How much she adores you,
Cherishes you.
Imagine she's tucking you in.
Imagine how safe you feel.
And now imagine your dad is tucking you in and how much he loves you and how much he cherishes you and how happy that makes you feel inside.
Another thing that can make us feel really happy inside is God's light.
God's light,
Like you heard me say earlier,
Can seem like it's made of sunlight or wind or the ocean or the night sky,
But it's really just a feeling,
A feeling of peace,
A feeling of happiness inside our bodies.
So we ask for God's love,
God's light to be all around you and we ask for that light to move into you almost like it just moves right through your skin.
This feeling of the universe,
This feeling of love,
This feeling of peace.
And as you float in that peace,
Floating in your bed as if you're surrounded by the night sky,
Light as a feather,
We ask that we're able to feel this lightness of being,
Feel this presence of God around us and through us all night long.
And we ask that we sleep so deeply and we have such magical amazing dreams and our body is completely healed in the night.
Anything that hurts or doesn't feel very good,
Any emotions that don't feel good,
Are completely healed by the morning.
We ask that when we wake up we feel amazing,
We feel like we're made of light,
We feel like we're all sparkly,
We just want to dance around in our room throwing sparks of light everywhere we go.
We ask that tomorrow we feel so good that we just want to hug everyone,
We want to smile at everyone,
We want to spread our joy to everyone.
The joy that we got from God's presence,
From God's light,
From the energy of God.
We give thanks for our mother,
We give thanks for our father,
We give thanks for God,
We give thanks for our angels and guides,
And we especially give thanks for you and all of your joy and all of your light and all of your laughter and all of your love.
We give thanks for your energy,
For your soul light.
Have a good night,
Sleep well,
Good night.
We will never know who you are.
But we trust that you,
You are here with us.
We will never know who you are.
But we trust that you,
You are here with us.
You are here with us.
