Is everybody ready for bed?
Did you brush your teeth?
Are your pajamas on?
And are you in bed?
Take a few deep breaths when you're ready.
Just relax into your bed like it's a big puffy thick white cloud.
Just sink into it.
Relax your muscles,
Relax your shoulders.
We're gonna let go of this day.
All the stress in this day.
All the hurrying,
All the places you had to be,
All the things you had to get done.
We're just gonna let go of it all.
We lift it up.
We give it up to the universe.
We give it up to the starry night sky.
We give it away.
Scan through your day and see if there was any time today where you just didn't feel very good.
Or you just felt bad for a minute.
We're gonna get rid of that.
We give it away.
Imagine that you went through your day full of joy and happiness and love the whole entire day.
Imagine that you felt fantastic the whole day.
Imagine that your eyes felt so clear.
Your mind was so sharp.
You could understand anything easily and quickly.
Imagine that your body felt so coordinated.
That it was so easy to move through your day.
That you felt so strong.
Imagine that there was no tightness in your chest or your shoulders.
But you just felt so open and so happy and so alive.
Imagine it was so easy to take a deep breath and feel stress-free.
Now imagine your face is so peaceful.
You're just smiling all day tomorrow.
Imagine you're so happy tomorrow.
We ask that you're filled with joy and light.
You're filled with colors.
Filled with happiness.
We ask that you feel so loving toward other people.
That you feel so kind tomorrow.
We ask that it's easy to smile tomorrow.
It's easy to feel great tomorrow.
That you don't even have to try.
That's just how you feel all day long.
We ask that you feel light and free.
No matter what happens and no matter what goes wrong.
You still feel fine.
It doesn't bother you.
It's not a big deal.
It's funny to you.
You let it go.
Imagine yourself smiling again.
You're just happy.
Life is easy.
It feels so easy.
You don't really care about stressful things and you just do your best.
You do it as best as you can.
You have fun doing it and then you're done.
You move on.
Some kids are better at things than you are and you're better at other things than they are.
And you enjoy the differences.
You enjoy yourself.
You don't have to be the best at everything.
You just have fun doing everything.
You just bring your light to the room,
To people,
To your day.
We ask that you feel that you're made of a high quality of light.
Any color you want.
Right now I'm seeing this clear kind of light blue.
Almost like baby blue or like sky blue.
It reminds me of a chunk of sea glass.
Only there's no green in it.
It's just baby blue.
We ask that you feel lit up with a special color like that.
Your body feels so good.
That light is all through your shoulders,
Through your back,
Through your spine,
In your neck.
We ask that you feel great.
You feel amazing.
Imagine this now.
Feel it.
Okay.
You're all set for sleep.
You're all set for a great day tomorrow.
No matter what happens,
If it rains and pours,
Thunders and lightnings,
Or if it's sunny or breezy and cool,
You're set.
Because the light inside of you is what makes us feel amazing.
The light within us is what makes us feel happy.
It has nothing to do with kids at school or your teacher or your parents or your siblings.
Happiness comes from this light.
Create it.
Feel it.
Become aware of it.
There's more to this life than what you can see with your eyes.
Learn to sense the light within.
