Today, I am sharing a tool that can help you get out of your head and drop into your body. I was reading a book that I read a passage from every day called A Journey to the Heart by Melody Beattie, and it was very timely for this meditation, "Whenever you find yourself drifting away, losing touch with yourself, jumping from the present to some far-off point in the future, get back in your body.” So, today I’m going to share a tool that comes from my yoga teacher training and does just that.
