Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
Where you can relax without any disturbances.
Close your eyes softly and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations.
Feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils and the warm air as it leaves.
Take a deep breath in,
Counting to four.

One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
.
.
Hold it at the top for a moment.

And then slowly exhale to the count of four.

Two,
Three,
Four.
Continue this pattern,
Allowing each breath to bring you deeper into a state of calm and relaxation.
As you focus on your breath,
Let go of any thoughts or worries.
If your mind starts to wander,
Gently bring your focus back to the sensation of breathing.
Feel your body relaxing with each breath.
Now shift your attention inward.
Notice any thoughts or emotions that are present in your mind.
Without judgment,
Observe them as they come and go.
Imagine your mind as a clear blue sky and your thoughts as passing clouds.
Simply watch them drift by.
Now bring your attention to your body.
Scan from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
And as you identify these areas,
Imagine sending your breath to them,
Releasing any tightness with each exhale.
Allow yourself to fully experience the present moment,
Cultivating a sense of awareness of your thoughts,
Emotions,
And bodily sensations.
Now we'll focus on fostering resilience and lowering stress.
Picture a place where you feel completely at ease and safe.
It could be a serene beach,
A quiet forest,
Or a cozy room.
Visualize yourself in this place,
Feeling calm and protected.
Repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself,
Allowing each one to resonate deeply within you.
I am strong and resilient.
I can handle whatever comes my way.
I am calm and centered,
No matter the circumstances.
I release stress and embrace peace.
Now feel a sense of inner strength and calmness growing within you.
Imagine this feeling spreading throughout your entire body,
Filling you with tranquility and resilience.
Take a final deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold it for a moment,
And then exhale slowly,
Releasing all the air and any remaining tension.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing awareness back to your physical body,
And slowly open your eyes,
Returning to the present moment.
Carry this sense of awareness,
Resilience,
And calm with you throughout your day.
