This is Day 1 of 7 days of practices that will include messages of peace, compassion and love. You will experience your inner knowing, that still small voice, that can be heard in the quiet moments when you drop out of your head and into your heart. These meditations also include 5 minutes of silence or music to help you go deeper within yourself, to listen to your own knowing, because you, after all, are the only one who knows what is best for you.

Transcript

Sit in the center of your discomfort.

Sit and let all the worries,

Fears and anxieties arise.

Pushing them down only keeps them stuck within,

Blocking your inner knowing.

We must get below the ramblings of the mind to hear the quiet whispers of the heart.

Use your exhale to deepen your awareness to the real you,

The part of you that is always peacefully existing below the everyday stress of life.

It observes your experiences without judgment and with endless compassion.

This inner knowing knows almost as if it has been through everything you're going through before and has a wider perspective to advise you from.

This knowing will share with you your exact next right step or the answer your mind needs in this moment.

So close your eyes and go within now.

Travel down the center line of your body past all the murky waters of the mind,

Unsure and unsteady.

And bring your awareness straight down into your breath and that space between your heart and gut.

You can reach this place with deep breathing and once you have found it,

Let yourself fully drop in and relax.

This will be your home for the next 30 days and probably for the rest of your life.

This is your safe house where you can come to relax,

Be yourself and find the most divinely precise advice for anything you are dealing with in the moment.

This is your safe house where you can come to be seen and truly known.

Today we will just take a couple minutes to sit with this peaceful knowing.

I feel emotions arise that have been trapped down here.

That's wonderful.

Just let them out.

But most of all,

Just be here with yourself for the next few minutes.

And if your mind should wander,

Just come back to your breath and exhale into that space between your heart and gut.

Slowly start to bring your awareness back into the room.

Bring your attention to your feet on the floor,

To your hands in your lap.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

When you say the β€œplace between your heart and gut,” am I focusing on my stomach, or the bottom of the rib cage?
