Hi to all my CPTS dears,
Welcome back to the channel.
Today we are going to be talking about manifestation and obviously I talk about different topics on this channel,
Different spiritual topics because we're not limited to one school of thought or one concept.
Today we're going to be talking about Neville Goddard's idea which I've mentioned before on my channel of everyone is you pushed out and EIYPO.
In the past I've talked about the link between CPTSD and hyper focus or hyper vigilance putting our attention,
Energy,
Time and effort on other people.
According to Neville Goddard's law,
Whatever we do other people must follow and reality serves as a mirror or reflection of our internal state.
So I've said before that society teaches us to think and dating magazines and everything says if you want to get someone to fall in love with you devote all your attention,
Time and energy to them.
So treat him like a king,
Treat her like a queen.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't treat our partners how they deserve to be treated with love,
Respect,
Affection and attention.
However,
If it gets to the point that we lose our conception of ourself which is what happens in trauma,
When we lose that other people lose interest in us.
There is an excellent book by an author named Anodea Judith and the book is called Eastern Body Western Mind.
In this book she talks about the connection between the chakras and childhood abuse.
How the chakras are systematically and individually affected by adverse childhood experiences,
Trauma,
Abuse.
If you're not familiar with the chakras,
The Sanskrit word chakra means wheel.
The main chakras are seven energy points throughout the body that run in a vertical column.
With the chakras each energy center is associated with a different aspect of life.
So for example there's one the throat chakra that you can probably guess is associated with self expression and having a voice.
How does this all tie in to manifestation?
Well Anodea Judith talked about the chakras in the context of relationships as well,
Specifically the heart chakra.
And she had a fantastic interpretation of what it means to become codependent or to have an excess in the heart chakra.
There are different types of personalities for example that will have an excess in one chakra compared to the others.
But when she talked about the heart chakra she dove into what it means to be codependent and compared it to having a house.
This is one of the most brilliant interpretations that I've ever read of codependency and it all ties in to manifestation and everyone is you pushed out.
She said when you become codependent and focus all your attention on someone else you are leaving the home of your body and mind.
You are effectively abandoning yourself the same way you were abandoned in childhood.
This is a pattern that has been repeated for so long you might not even be aware of it.
Neglecting your own needs wants and desires in favor of obsessing,
Becoming infatuated over someone else.
She said that the body and the mind as we often hear is a temple.
It is a temple,
It is our place of residence so we better clean it up and make it look nice.
But when it comes to the heart,
The home,
Coming back to yourself,
Coming back home to yourself,
People can only love what is there to be loved.
People can only love something that is present.
So in a relationship when you give too much of yourself away what happens is that you lose your groundedness and your energetic presence within yourself.
If you walk into a room and no one notices that you're there it means that you have a lack of energetic presence.
In a relationship it's the same thing.
You might have moments of presence but if most of the time you are focused on making someone else happy rather than affirming what you already know to be true about your own good qualities you will lose this person's interest.
Why?
Because just like talking about the chakras and you might identify this within yourself having an excess heart chakra,
There is nobody home.
There is nobody home to love.
How can someone love you if you are not there?
You might be physically there but mentally you're obsessing over someone else.
You think that person is the key to your happiness and personal freedom,
Fulfillment,
And security.
You don't realize that every time you place your conscious awareness and attention,
Which is your most valuable resource by the way,
On someone else you lose the presence that keeps you home.
Your home as I've said is your body and mind.
It is your temple and when you start coming home more often you will notice a change in the way other people respond to you.
And here's a big thing,
This is a point that I really want to make.
So listen,
We confuse in modern times in society,
We confuse being egocentric with being loved.
If I were to say right now that it is normal for people to love me,
It is normal for people to desire me,
And it is normal for people to give me attention,
Some people will opt to say he's egocentric.
And the confusion is that when you create your own reality,
Right,
We're talking about this in the context of Neville Goddard,
Everyone is you pushed out.
When we talk about this in that context,
You are the center of your universe.
It's a different type of mindset that you need to cultivate and I invite you to start doing this right now.
You are the center of your own universe,
No one else has lived through the circumstances and struggles that you have.
And when you finally begin reclaiming your right to be loved and your right to have other people desire you,
Personally I don't think that's egocentric.
I think it's a necessary part of healing from childhood trauma.
How can you heal from trauma if other people don't connect with you and don't reverse the negative feedback loop of social anxiety,
Contempt,
And discomfort that you have playing out?
You have to find a way to change this somehow.
And talking about affirmations,
Visualizations,
The state of being,
This all comes into play once we understand it is not egocentric,
It is not narcissistic,
It is not egotistical to reclaim your right to have other people desire and love you.
Like I said,
I'm not talking about treating others badly or manipulating people.
I'm talking about the simple fact of you coming home to yourself and realizing that based on the foundation you experience everything through your consciousness,
Which I also want to talk about.
Based on that foundation you are the conscious creator of your reality.
And here's the key thing,
When you affirm or when you visualize,
For example,
A specific person,
A relationship that you want,
Never make it about the other person.
Never do this.
I'm sure you've tried this unconsciously.
I'm sure you've done this because we all have.
I've been there.
And what happens is that the more credence and power and importance and good qualities like love and affection you give to the other person,
That's wonderful.
But none of that is coming back to you.
You're like a bucket that has a leak in it.
So all your affection,
Love,
And attention is not going to be reflected from this person back to you.
It's a one-way street just going to the person who you're sending it to.
It's like mailing a package.
So a lot of us,
What we're doing is mailing all our love,
Affection,
Attention,
And intention to someone else's house and expecting it to show up on our porch 10 times bigger.
The truth is it doesn't work like that.
So you have to become very conscious in your affirmations,
In your visualizations.
When you see someone else who you desire to be in a relationship with,
Or when you see a social situation that you want to do well in,
See those qualities being reflected back to you.
See this person offering their love and affection to you.
You can always say this person is amazing,
My SP is wonderful,
But always reflect it back to you.
And this is called a closed circuit.
So electricity,
Right?
When it runs in a circuit,
It has to come back to the source.
I'm not an engineer,
I'm not a electrician,
But I can tell you right now that if you're sending a current of energy,
Because energy,
Electricity,
Wonderful metaphor,
When you send a current in one direction and it just tapers off,
You're not getting any of it back.
So you want to see your wonderful qualities,
Your ability to be loved,
Your essential magnetic pole,
You want to see that reflected to you through other people.
So based on this foundation that everyone is you pushed out,
You visualize and affirm so other people become a conduit for your ability to be loved.
And they reflect to you the current that you send them.
So you send them this current of I am lovable.
This person is wonderful and reflects to me that I am lovable.
This person is wonderful and shows to me that I am worthy of being loved in a wonderful way.
Always make it about you.
Always,
Always make it about you when it comes to manifestation.
This is not egocentric,
And it's not selfish.
It's what Neville Goddard was talking about when he said that consciousness is the only reality.
You experience life through you.
You're watching me,
Listening to me right now,
But you're hearing my words through your own ears,
And you're seeing my face with your own eyes.
So basically,
No information or stimulus that you receive is outside of yourself.
It is all perceived through your sense and your sensory organs.
It is all perceived through your eyes,
Ears.
It's all happening inside of you.
So I invite you to take what I said in this video and apply it to your manifestation practice.
Obviously,
When it comes to manifestation,
We don't really have anything set in stone.
We don't have a set of commandments or rules that just tells us this is the right way to do everything.
It's a trial and error process.
So if what I said in this video makes you question or uncomfortable in any way,
I invite you to have your own experiences.
You don't have to believe anything that I say.
Please try things out for yourself.
Have your own experiences and learn through your own life.
Another thing that will help you with your manifestation is uncovering limiting beliefs.
And how do we do that?
