Namaste and welcome.

We are honored that you have made the choice to spend this time with us.

Today our goal is to make your day great.

To guide you to the happiness and love within you.

We want you to recognize your worth.

We want you to know that you have everything that you could ever need or want within you.

We would like you to see it and to know it and to let your inner beauty be a gift to this world.

A gift that it desperately needs.

Come to a comfortable seated position.

Place your hands on your knees.

Palms down for grounding.

Palms up if you seek guidance.

Focus on your breath.

Feel the cool air come in through your nostrils.

Bring it deep into your body.

Feel your stomach,

Ribs,

Then chest rise.

Breathe out and let your chest,

Ribs,

Then stomach fall.

Breathe in through your nose.

Breathe out through your mouth.

Let out a sigh if that feels good.

Surrender to this present moment.

It is calling to you.

Focus on your breath.

Keep it slow and calm.

It sustains you.

It nourishes you.

It can bring you back to the present moment when your mind spirals.

Listen to the sounds in the room.

I can hear my husband's beautiful guitar music.

Our kids watching TV downstairs.

Listen to the sounds outside.

Perhaps traffic.

Birds singing.

Now notice your mind.

The stories it tells.

The to-do lists that it makes.

This is all normal.

This is just as it should be.

But right now for this meditation,

Let's sink below these things.

Let them be the waves on top of the ocean and we will be the calm below them.

The peace within.

Let's spend some time in this place.

Within through your nose and out through your nose.

Now I would like to introduce our mantra for today.

I am love.

I have abundance to share.

I am just how I should be.

I am love.

I have abundance to share.

I am just how I should be.

Now repeat this mantra silently in your mind.

Enjoy your beautiful breath.

The sweet music.

I would say that music is the bridge between the world of spirit and the earthly world of matter.

If your mind has wandered,

Come back to your mantra.

I am love.

I have abundance to share.

I am just how I should be.

Remember your breath.

I am love.

I have abundance to share.

I am just how I should be.

Now it's time to gently open your eyes.

Experiment with bringing movement back into your body.

Try moving your fingers.

Perhaps your toes,

Some neck and shoulder rolls might feel good.

Thank you again for spending your precious and sacred time with us.

Go out and be the change that you want to see in the world.

You are amazing.

Namaste.
