Namaste and welcome.

This is a meditation for parents.

It has a very special place in my heart.

I have three children and I understand what a beautiful but challenging landscape the parenting world can be.

There is so much pressure,

So many strong opinions.

Do I have enough?

Am I doing enough?

Are they happy?

My goal today is to alleviate some of this stress that we parents feel.

To let it go.

Imagine your children.

Imagine their faces,

Their hands,

Their feet.

Imagine the feel of their hair and their skin.

Hear their unique laugh.

Remember how you hurt when they hurt.

This is parenting.

You have this in common with every parent no matter what your parenting method or style.

You have this in common with all parents throughout history.

Those sweet little beings chose to come to you because you are exactly what they need and they are exactly what you need to learn and experience all that we are meant to in this earthly world.

You are their perfect guide.

You are just as you should be.

You have everything that you need within you.

You are doing enough.

You do have enough.

You are enough.

Now we will begin our meditation.

Find a comfortable seat.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a moment to connect with your breath.

Now I'd like to introduce our mantra for today.

Allow.

Release.

Let go.

Let go of every frustration.

Every so-called problem.

All the pressure.

Allow.

Release.

Let go.

Now repeat this mantra silently in your mind.

Allow.

Release.

Let go.

If your mind wanders,

Don't worry a bit.

It's just doing its job.

The world keeps moving even though we are still.

Come back to your sweet breath.

Come back to our mantra.

Allow.

Release.

Let go.

Release.

Bones.

Allow,

Release,

Let go Now it is time to gently open your eyes Bring your index and middle fingers to your temples Make small gentle circles in one direction And then in the other direction Bring your fingers to your jawline Give it a gentle massage The jaw can store a lot of tension Let that go Now do whatever feels good in your body Your body knows what to do I'm so glad that you took this time to care for yourself I truly believe that self-care is an important piece in caring for others I'm honored that you chose to spend this important time with me Now let's go and enjoy this parenting journey Namaste

Absolutely wonderful. PLEASE have them increase your volume. I had to turn it up all the way in a quiet room. Thank you so much for taking the time to share and encourage and uplift others. We need it
