So,
Take a big breath in and all the way out,
Big breath in again and all the way out.
And I invite you to just connect your energy to mother earth and the central sun of the universe,
Knowing that you're held and loved and seen and cherished.
And I now invite you to find yourself walking along a path.
Just notice where this path is.
It's a beautiful setting,
So just take in the beauty of what's surrounding you.
And as you come around the corner,
You will find that the space is opening to a temple and just notice what the temple feels,
It looks like,
How big it is,
What style it is,
What it's built out of.
And make your way to the temple and into the temple.
And as you go into the internal part of the temple,
You notice that in front of you,
There is like a big brazier with a fire and the flame is violet.
So the violet flame is the cleanser of all things.
And next to the brazier,
There's an altar and there's a big basket.
It's empty at the moment.
And as you look up,
You see that on the other side of the brazier and the altar,
There are your family.
So your parents,
Your grandparents,
Your great-grandparents and your great-great-grandparents.
And basically every person that had to get together in order for you to be here now for seven generations.
It's quite a crowd.
And I invite you to just take a moment to allow the violet flame to cleanse your own body,
Your own being.
It doesn't hurt.
It's more like a tickle really.
And walk around and greet your family and your ancestors.
And you notice that they all have something in their hands.
And this something is something that they have passed on to you.
And some of the people hold the same something because things get passed down through generations.
But it can be different things as well.
And first up,
I invite you to stand in front of your mother and notice what it is that she wants to give you or has given you.
What are the things,
The energies,
The qualities,
The items,
The attitudes,
The ways of being in the world,
The emotional landscape,
All of those things.
What is it that she has given you,
Gifted you with?
So let us step forward and offer you what it is that she's giving you.
And just tune into what that feels like.
The idea of receiving this,
What does that feel like in your body and in your being?
And this might be something that gives you joy or this might be something that's really difficult.
And if it's something that's really difficult,
Know that this is a gift,
But in strange wrapping paper.
So sometimes our parents or other people model things for us and what we're meant to take from that is the opposite.
So if you had a parent that was always extremely serious,
What you can take from that is how to be grounded and steady and present and have perseverance,
But that doesn't preclude having joy.
So if it's something difficult,
Just notice what the actual gift is in this strange wrapping paper.
And now we invite your mother to put the gift into the violet flame so that anything that isn't in alignment with the highest vibration of pure radiant love gets burnt off,
Transmuted,
Repurposed,
And all that you're left with is the pure gift of love.
And when this gift has been cleansed,
Ask her to put it in your basket.
And your mother now steps away and your father comes forward with his gifts.
And the same thing,
Notice how it feels to receive this gift,
Whether it feels joyful or whether it feels difficult.
And maybe name the gift if you want to.
And ask your father to put this gift into the violet flame and let it cleanse it and burn off anything that's not compatible or congruent with pure radiant love.
And ask him to put that gift in the big basket and allow your father to step back with the ancestors on his side.
And now cast your eye over all these ancestors.
And there are going to be some that stand out because what they hold in their hands is something that has been passed down to you.
So I invite you to invite the first ancestor that catches your eye to step forward with their gift.
And you may or may not find out exactly where this ancestor fits in.
It doesn't really matter.
What matters is the gift they have in their hands.
And again,
Notice if this is one that causes you joy and excitement,
Or if it causes you a sense of difficulty or heaviness.
Name the gift if it suits you.
And ask this ancestor to put this gift in the violet flame for cleansing.
And put this gift of pure radiant love in the basket.
And this ancestor steps back.
And now notice if there's another ancestor that has a gift for you.
And let this ancestor come forward.
And notice what the gift is that they want to give you.
How it feels to you.
And name it if it suits you,
If it supports you.
And allow this gift to be cleansed in the violet flame.
And allow this gift of pure radiant love to go into the basket.
And allow this ancestor to rejoin the other ancestors.
And just notice if there's another ancestor who's got a gift that feels relevant to you right now.
Allow them to step forward and offer you their gift.
Notice what it feels like to connect with this gift.
Name it if it supports you.
And let it be cleansed in the violet flame.
And allow this gift to be poured into the basket.
And I now invite you to collect the basket.
And look into it and see these beautiful precious gifts of pure radiant love that are just for you.
And do whatever feels appropriate to do with these presents.
Whether it's keeping it in the basket or put it in a pocket or putting it in your heart.
And notice how accepting these gifts fills you up and lights you up and empowers you and gives you new choices in your world and in your life.
New ways of being,
New relationships,
New understandings and insights,
New attitudes,
New superpowers.
Notice how your body and your energy field light up.
How you can breathe more easily because you've integrated these energies.
How your heart is delighting.
And I invite you now to give thanks to the ancestors for giving you life and for giving you these amazing gifts.
And I invite you to picture that your particular flavor of love and gratitude.
That's a combination of your connection to mother earth and the central sun of the universe and your own beautiful,
Unique heart energy signature.
How you can collect that as an energy ball in your hands.
And this energy ball is infinite.
So you can give off it infinitely and still have infinite amounts for yourself.
So I invite you to dip into this energy ball and give this energy ball to your mother and notice how she lights up and give an energy ball from this energy to your father and notice how he lights up.
How it burns away a lot of the heaviness or the darkness or the difficulty or the hardship.
And now notice that your parents turn around and give off this energy ball to their parents.
Still keeping their own,
Still being full themselves,
But giving it to the parents and how their parents,
So your grandparents are lighting up.
Beautiful,
Shimmering light,
Dissolving anything that's difficult.
And how your grandparents turn around and give the same gifts to their grandparents,
Their own parents,
Sorry.
And the great grandparents turn around and give it to their parents.
And they turn around and give it to their parents all the way up to the seventh generation and beyond if you choose.
And notice how all these individuals that came together in order for you to have life right now are bright and sparkling and healed and joyful and full of pure radiant love.
And know that your gift of love and gratitude has caused healing back in time,
Back into the generations before you.
And of course,
Any of your ancestors,
Descendants,
Your cousins,
Siblings,
They benefit from this too.
As do of course your own children if you have them or children that you might be parenting,
Whether you gave birth to them or not.
And watch how this gift of love and gratitude lights up all the human beings on planet earth because we're all connected in present time and in the past as well.
It's like a wave of healing spanning the planet,
The times,
The dimensions,
The timelines and how there is now more kindness in the world,
More compassion in the world,
More lightness in the world,
More joy,
More love,
More radiant,
More feeling at ease in ourselves and in our bodies.
And of course,
Each human being now contributes their own flavor to this magnificent healing as well,
Their own heart energy,
Their own signature.
And notice how mother earth herself is lighting up and rejoicing because all this beautiful heart energy,
This beautiful love is seeping into her and connecting with her beautiful heart of thriving,
Loving,
Nurturing,
Playful,
Creative energy.
And notice what it feels like to be in your own body right now.
And I invite you to leave the temple and find your way back to your body.
Take a big breath in,
All the way out.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Know that you can come back to this temple at any point in time that you choose.
And thank you for making the world a better place just by being who you are.
And open your eyes when you're ready.
