Welcome to this Earth Mother meditation.
Settle yourself comfortably.
Close your eyes when you are ready.
Breathe in all the way out.
Big breath in again and all the way out.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe in light.
Breathe in light from the universe around you.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out everything that no longer serves you.
Offer it to the universe for cleansing and to be put to a new use.
And now as you breathe in,
Breathe in silver fire from the core of the earth up through your feet,
Into your base chakra,
Into your solar plexus chakra and your heart chakra.
And as you breathe in now,
Breathe in golden light from the central Sun,
Into your crown chakra,
Into your third eye chakra,
Into your throat chakra and into your heart chakra.
Allow the two energies to meet and meld in your heart chakra and feel your heart blaze like a sun.
Allow all of your chakras to be cleansed,
Aligned and activated.
Now look at your feet.
You are standing on a path that leads to a beautiful cottage.
You decide to walk up to the cottage.
There's a low wall around the front garden and you let yourself in through the gate.
You walk up to the front door of the cottage and let yourself in.
You go to the living room where there's a fire burning and there's a steaming pot of your favorite tea on the table.
You help yourself to a cup of tea and take a seat and allow yourself to get mesmerized by the flames dancing in the fireplace.
You sense that there is someone else in the room with you.
This presence feels very grounded and nurturing and calm and kind and you look up and see Earth Mother standing there.
You get up to greet her.
She pours herself a cup of tea too and you settle in to have a chat.
Ask her any questions you might have and allow her to ask you any questions she might have or just sit silently in her presence if you both prefer.
You you you you you you the tea has been drunk and it is time for you to make your way back.
You both get up and you make your way to the front door.
At the door Earth Mother might have a final insight or piece of advice or maybe even a present to give you.
Receive it with gratitude.
Thank her for spending time with you today.
You walk back to the gate,
Turn around to wave,
Let yourself out through the gate and walk back onto the path.
Make your way back to the room.
Take a big breath in and all the way out.
Another big breath in and all the way out.
Open your eyes when you are ready.
