Welcome to this meditation.
Settle yourself comfortably.
Take a big breath in and out.
Big breath in again and out.
And allow your energy to drop down,
Down,
Down through all the layers of Mother Earth and down into the central crystal of Mother Earth.
Anchor your energy there.
And then draw Mother Earth's beautiful crystalline white light back up towards you.
And allow it to activate and cleanse and align and purify your Earth Star chakra below your feet,
Your base chakra at the tip of the coccyx,
Your sacral chakra in the base of the belly,
Your solar plexus chakra in the upper belly,
And your heart chakra in the middle of your chest.
And while that's happening,
Send your energy up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up to the central sun of the universe and anchor your energy there.
And draw this golden energy back towards you.
And allow to cleanse,
Purify,
Activate and align your soul star chakra above your head,
Your crown chakra on the top of your head,
Your third eye chakra between your eyebrows,
Your throat chakra at the voice box,
And your heart chakra in the middle of your chest.
Feel how these two beautiful energies mix and meld in your heart chakra with your own frequency and signature.
And allow this beautiful energy to suffuse every single cell in your body,
Every water molecule in your body,
The spaces between your cells and your energy field.
Look at your feet.
You're walking on a beautiful path in nature,
In a forest.
It's springtime.
All the leaves are fresh and new.
There's an abundance of wild flowers.
The bees are busy.
The sun is warm on your skin.
And your path is taking you to this beautiful old tree.
It's hundreds of years old.
It's massive.
It's beautiful.
It's majestic and serene.
And in this beautiful tree,
There's a tree house.
It's the most amazing tree house you have ever seen.
And as you're standing there admiring the tree and the tree house,
There's a little face that looks out of the window of the tree house.
As the child looks at you,
It recognizes you and gets excited and climbs down the ladder to the ground.
The child comes running towards you and you crouch down and open your arms up wide to unfold this beautiful child in a hug.
Allow this child to show her all your treasures.
She might invite you into the house.
Just spend time with this beautiful little being and you might just find that she has some wisdom for you.
The sun is setting and it's time to make your way home.
Put your hand in your pocket and you will find that there's a gift in the pocket for your child.
The child might want to gift you something too.
If so,
Accept it with gratitude.
Let the child know just how much you've enjoyed spending time with her today and that you would definitely like to come back sometime.
She's delighted that that's the case and looks forward to your next visit.
Give her another hug.
Make your way back along the path.
Turn around and wave.
Just notice how different the world looks now that you've spent time with this beautiful child.

Reel your fingers and your toes and open your eyes when you are ready.
