Settle yourself comfortably.
Take a big breath in and out.
Big breath in again and out.
I invite you to send your energy from the top of your head all the way to the central sun of the universe.
Anchor your light at the central sun of the universe and draw that beautiful golden energy back to your body in the room that you're in.
And allow this beautiful golden light to suffuse and permeate your energy field and your body.
Upgrading,
Clearing,
Activating your energy field and your body.
Clearing out anything that no longer serves you.
Enlivening and awakening your body and your energy field.
And I now invite you to send your energy down to the central crystal at the heart of Mother Earth.
Anchor your energy there and draw the energy up with you,
This crystalline white light up back to your body in the room that you're in.
And allow this beautiful crystalline light to permeate and suffuse your body and your energy field.
Activating,
Clearing,
Cleansing,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
Upgrading,
Enlivening your body and your energy field.
Look at your feet.
They are clad in dancing shoes.
You're wearing a beautiful dress.
And you're being held in the arms of a gorgeous man.
Being held like this makes you feel safe and protected and secure and free to feel all the joy,
All the delight,
All the bliss,
All the love and gratitude that life could possibly offer you.
You look into his eyes and you can see his eyes shine with love for you.
The precious embodiment of the divine feminine that has chosen him to be your companion.
And as you dance,
You float over the dance floor.
And you're just so happy,
So loved.
It feels so beautiful and magical and special.
And I now invite you to shift your perspective to that of the man,
The embodiment of the divine masculine,
Holding this beautiful woman in his arms.
You know you will do anything to keep this woman safe.
You know that the single most amazing thing for you to experience is the sparkle in her eyes and her laughter,
Her devotion,
Her brilliant light.
And you feel humbled that she has chosen you.
And as you guide her in the dance around the dance floor,
She's light like a feather and soft and vulnerable and open to all the love that you can give her.
And as she looks at you,
You can see how much she loves you.
And I invite you to take the view of a spectator watching this beautiful couple dance on the dance floor.
Notice how their bodies move as one,
How they each allow the other person to be the most beautiful,
Joyful,
Loving,
Amazing version of themselves that they can possibly be.
Both equal in value,
Both indispensable and together more than the sum of the two parts.
And I now invite you to pull yourself back into your body.
Pull the energies back to such a point that you can function through your day with ease and grace.
And take the beautiful energy of the dancing divine male and divine female with you through the rest of your day.
