This meditation begins by inviting our attention to our body and breath, then follows with a body scan while feeling gratitude for each part of our body, letting each part of it know it can rest. We are invited to extend loving kindness to ourselves, and imagine how our day would look if we approached it from this place. This helps us cultivate a sense of love and kindness within ourselves so we can extend that out into the world towards others.
