During this meditation, you can give yourself permission to settle into each moment, just how it is. Annie will guide you to release thoughts or concerns from the past or of the future - and offer guidance for when your mind continues to wander, which it tends to do, over and over. So we come back to the breath, over and over. Each time we come back, we can rest in knowing each moment we spend with each breath is enough.

CH Pull The sound of the bell is heard.

The sound of the bell is heard.

The sound of the bell is heard.

So,

Begin by sensing whatever it is that you're sitting or lying or standing on.

Feel where your body is connected to that.

And then just noting how whatever you're sitting,

Lying or standing on is itself connected at some point to the whole enormous earth.

So you are in effect being supported by the earth right now.

Really feel that support coming up from the earth to hold you.

And then sensing the space around you.

And if it feels right to open your eyes and look around you and just feel into the safety of the space you're in.

The support under you,

The safety around you.

You might notice the sounds in the room or the space where you are.

Letting your attention rest on the sounds as they come and go into your awareness.

And you can stay with the sounds or stay with the sensation of support under you.

Or if you prefer,

You can bring your attention to the breath in your body.

Sensing the feeling of the whole inhale and the feeling of the whole exhale.

And just noticing if your mind skips over to think about something else.

You might just notice that it's thinking about something else and gently,

Gently inviting it back to the point of contact,

Either the support under you or the sounds around you or the breath coming in and going out.

There's this little window of time right now.

When you are on vacation.

There's nothing you need to be doing.

Except just resting into this moment.

See if there's anything holding you back from resting into this moment.

And whatever is there,

Just notice and say hello to whatever is in between you and this moment.

And then invite your attention back to the breath to your seat to the sounds around you.

Okay.

Okay.

Noticing where your mind goes,

Just gently bringing it back.

Okay.

Just for this breath.

Can this moment be enough?

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.
