In this meditation, we will settle into our breath and into the support of the earth. We will notice the parts of our body that need loving attention for any physical or emotional tightness or pain that may be occurring. This brings more ease into our bodies so we can recall moments where others have given us love and compassion. If it feels right in our bodies, we can then pass on that loving energy to others.
