In this meditation we're guided through a full body scan - from our head to our feet - and the bones, blood, cells, air, and energy flowing in and out of each part. We will observe each part through a scientific lens, simply noticing any sensations, thoughts, or beliefs of them. We'll notice any aches, pains, pressures (or even nothing), by simply sensing without judgment. This meditation can help bring more calm and ease in our bodies which over time changes how we respond to life's challenges.
