Explore MeditationAnnie is passionate about supporting the exploration of one's inner world and the ways that a healthy connection within creates a ripple effect on the rest of life. As within, so without. Being with the Self in meditation, movement, observation, and creation helps to nurture this internal relationship and landscape, drawing the practitioner closer to their own authentic expression and sharing that with the world. She carries a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification as well as a certification in guiding Yoga Nidra and is a Reiki level II certified. Annie is a forever student and practitioner of these modalities, constantly studying and deepening her knowledge which aids her abilities and growth as a teacher, healing guide, and, most importantly, as a human. Other ways she likes to explore herself and the world are through reading and writing, cooking, studying herbalism, spending time in nature (especially with her pup), and creating art in many forms.
