Annie Adjan

Annie Adjan is a Certified ADHD and Neurodiversity Coach, credentialed educator, and advocate helping individuals and families understand their brains — and build lives that work for them. Her core belief: neurodivergent people aren't struggling because something is wrong with them. They are struggling because they are navigating a world built for one neurotype, while their brains process attention, emotion, sensory input, and energy very differently. Annie's approach is neuro-affirming and practical. Through strategies, personalized systems, and neuroplasticity-based habit formation, she helps people bridge the gaps that ADHD and autism create — reducing nervous system dysregulation, and everyday struggle. Her goal is nuanced: not to make neurodivergent brains conform, nor to expect the world to simply change, but to increase awareness, honor authentic needs, and empower people to show up fully in their relationships and work. On Insight Timer, Annie offers content for neurodivergent adults, teens, and parents — focused on nervous system regulation, burnout, executive functioning, sensory processing, and self-compassion. Coach Annie's message: when we understand our brains, stop apologizing for how we are wired, and build the right supports and new neural pathways — life becomes not only more successful, but more peaceful, manageable, and fulfilling.
