Creative Visualisation.

This visualisation focuses on having positive thoughts about yourself.

Take a moment or two now to find a comfortable spot where you won't be disturbed for the short time this will take.

Find somewhere where you can relax and let go.

Get yourself in a position where you can lie comfortably with your legs on the floor and your arms resting by your sides.

Take a few nice long deep breaths.

Bring your mind into the room,

Into this moment right now.

There is nothing more for you to do except be here right now listening to my voice.

You can let all other worries,

Thoughts or concerns gently slip away.

As you lie here comfortably,

Focus on your breathing.

Notice that you can take in a really deep breath and that you have control to release it fully.

In your own time,

Take in another deep breath and when you're ready,

Release it fully.

Notice the feel of your breath on your top lip as the warm air passes through your nostrils.

Observe the sensation of your breath going in and out.

Remember how good it feels to release and to relax.

I'm now going to lead you on a walk through a beautiful meadow full of long yellow grasses blowing in the gentle breeze.

As you walk through the meadow,

You can see the sun shining and feel the glowing warmth of its heat making your skin feel alive and glowing.

You feel energized by the daylight and the clouds above are gently drifting overhead.

The vast blueness of the sky goes on and on.

You find a comfortable place to stop and rest and you lie back amongst the grasses comfortably,

Listening to the sound of the crickets in the distance.

Feeling the warmth of the sun on your cheeks and you relax and let go.

When you're ready,

You're going to watch the clouds move gently across the sky.

Watch them forming shape after shape.

There's nothing for you to do right now,

But watch those clouds as they become animals,

As they become objects and what else is there?

What are they becoming as you lie here in the sunshine watching the clouds?

And while you are lying here in total complete stillness,

Watching the sky and feeling utterly at peace,

You realize this is the way you are meant to be.

You are meant to be calm,

In control and peaceful.

There's nothing to worry about,

Nothing to create tension,

Just you being you.

In this moment,

Here and now,

You feel yourself capable of anything that you choose.

You know you are full of courage when you need to be,

That you have an innate confidence inside of you.

You know that you can create whatever you wish,

Because in this moment right now,

Anything is possible.

You feel that sense of possibility and opportunity rising up inside you,

As it takes shape in your belly,

A glowing ball of energy.

You feel that energy inside of you glowing and spreading,

Glowing and spreading.

And as it fills your entire being and moves through your breath,

You know that you can do and be and have all that you wish to have and all that you wish to create for yourself.

You know that in an instinctive part of you,

This is the real story of who you are.

And it feels wonderful to embody that knowledge in every part of your being.

And as you breathe in and you breathe out.

You take some time now to enjoy that feeling of possibility and ability and capability.

And feel it as it moves through you and is a part of you.

And you notice that it is easy to have these positive thoughts about yourself.

And when you are ready,

With a smile on your face for this new uncovered story of who you are,

The truthful story.

You can begin to be more aware of where you are right now and gently begin to move your toes and move your fingers,

Bringing your awareness back into the room.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and wide awake.
