In this practice, you will move intuitively, listening to your body and expressing how it wants to move. You will also explore releasing what no longer serves you, inviting in what’s next, and allowing compassion for yourself through movement. There is no right or wrong way to move. This practice helps to relieve stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. There are five songs, along with vocal prompts and plenty of space for your exploration. I recommend practicing on hands and knees, but you can be in any position you find comfortable. You may want to have a blanket and pillow nearby, as the last song is for relaxing and integrating.
