Before this visualization make sure your body is in a good position.

You can be sitting or lying down.

Whatever your body needs right now to relax and feel free to move throughout the visualization if you need to.

So let's start by listening to the sound of the waves and let the sound take you to a beach.

Breathe in the fresh salty air as you feel the sunshine on your skin.

Take a look at your surroundings.

Visualize the waves lapping up against the sand.

The ocean is so clear and maybe you can see some colorful shells or some fish and maybe some palm trees along the beach.

You kick off your shoes and walk through the sand.

Feel the warm sand under your feet and feel the graininess of the sand.

Go closer to the water now where the sand is wet and your feet start to lightly sink into the sand leaving behind footprints with each step that are gently washed away by the waves.

The waves lightly wash over your feet and then retreat back into the ocean.

You step into the water and notice the temperature of the water.

You start to wade in to the water and feel its pressure around your feet and ankles and knees and enjoy the sensations as the water swirls around with each wave.

You can stay here if you like or go in further for a refreshing swim.

Continue to enjoy the feeling of the water and notice how the reflection of the sunlight sparkles up off the ocean.

Now slowly make your way out of the water and back onto the sand where a fluffy warm towel is waiting for you.

You dry yourself off and relax on the towel as the sun warms your skin.

Breathe in all the sensations of this beautiful beach.

You can return here anytime.

This is your beach and take a few moments to bring yourself back into the rest of your day.
