Take a moment now to settle wherever you are.

Maybe you're feeding,

Cuddling or resting with your baby.

Let this be a few minutes just for you,

Just your breath,

Your baby and your body in this moment.

Begin to notice your breath deepen as your shoulders soften.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the chair,

The bed,

Your jaw to unclench.

With every exhale imagine tension melting down through your body and into the ground.

You are held.

Now bring one hand gently to your heart and one to your baby or simply keep your awareness there.

Feel the warmth beneath your palm.

Imagine your breath flowing from your heart to your baby's heart.

A gentle rhythm of love.

As you breathe out let calm energy move through your body and into theirs.

Every slow exhale becomes a lullaby.

Every soft inhale fills you both with peace.

You might whisper quietly.

Allow yourself to rest in this shared field.

Let your baby's energy weave together in safety and softness.

If any thoughts come let them drift by like clouds returning to the simple rhythm of breath and heartbeat.

Your calm becomes their calm.

Feel how your stillness helps their tiny body settle.

You are teaching peace.

Not through words but through your nervous system.
