Alright,
So we're going to do a practice with regard to anger,
Which is a very normal human experience.
The situation is that we want to be able to feel the anger and we want to be able to express the anger without it doing much damage to ourselves.
So everyone has anger,
We're all wired differently,
So we all feel it differently,
And we do all feel it.
So sit comfortably and start to bring the energy inward.
Start to focus on the breathing,
Drawing the breath into you so that the balance of the breathing is inwards,
The inhale rather than the exhale.
You're focusing on the in-breath and you're listening within yourself for a sound.
Just to find that sound within you that is yours,
It can be different each time.
And just scan,
And as you're scanning,
Start to bring the energy up from the earth,
From the feet through the legs and up the spine.
Connect it with the fifth chakra and then watch it as it moves through the crown of the head.
So the in-breath and the out-breath,
And just breathe.
And you're breathing in the wisdom,
The knowledge,
And the truth that everything in life is relevant.
Now what weight you give to the relevance in each moment is something that comes through you and both the choice and the desire in terms of that moment and fulfilling that and each moment after it.
And so you just allow that to be and all is well and essentially life is good.
Just breathing in and breathing out.
And bring back into yourself whatever it was that caused the anger.
It doesn't really matter what.
It's the energy of anger that you're bringing back in and feeling and you go into it determinedly.
And you're breathing it into the third chakra as all you're doing is your breathing.
It's the in-breath and the out-breath.
And life continues to be good.
And now being aware of the anger,
Being aware of the third chakra,
Bring the awareness up the spine to the fifth chakra.
No presumptions on why we're using these energy bodies.
We're just using these energy bodies.
If you feel you need to touch another chakra,
Then go to that also and bring the breath to it.
Just slowly,
Gently,
Tenderly.
It doesn't matter that the anger is alongside.
But you feel your own tenderness,
You feel your own heart.
Slowly you bring the breath and weave it between these chakras,
Whichever ones they are for you.
And the mind is at peace.
And all is well.
It is just what it is.
And you were right.
And so you breathe.
In your inner vision,
You ask to see the next step.
You watch being aware of how you feel.
You ask to see the next step.
And then you ask to see,
You ask to know the outcome.
And you breathe into that.
I accept all that is and all that is life itself and within this,
My life continues to flow.
It's not arrested by anyone or anything.
It continues to flow through me.
I am respectful of all that is.
And so it is.
And you breathe this,
Being aware of how you're feeling,
Being aware of what's going on within you as well as around you.
You just direct the breath into the kidneys for a few moments.
I'm just going to clear that energy.
Fear,
Usually lodged in the kidneys.
I'm just going to breathe.
Fear is the underlying thought to all anger.
I'm just going to clear the fear.
And if you feel called by your inner being,
Your inner voice,
To send the breath to other parts of the body which might be holding the fear as well.
You send the breath with the awareness of I see you.
I know you and all is well.
I breathe into you until you are harmonized within my greater self.
And I reclaim my power,
Myself.
The I am principle you're connecting with,
The beginnings of your practice here.
And you breathe.
And life is good.
So good.
You sit in your space and you just feel how you feel.
And as you're feeling your space and you're aware of the changes or not that are occurring,
You continue to bring the energy up the spine,
Being aware of the third chakra,
Fourth chakra,
Fifth chakra specifically.
And you just scan and ask for insight for this moment for yourself.
Right there.
Now,
Within the third chakra,
You place the energy of the diamond,
Just gonna strengthen the will a little bit here.
And as you breathe the energy up the spine,
It passes through the diamond and then into the heart.
It's beautiful blue light in the heart for many of you.
And up through the first chakra.
And up and out.
And as it comes out of the top of the head,
It comes back and then it moves back up the spine.
So,
A dynamic movement,
A force.
And as you feel the energy move,
You also feel the heart open.
And you feel the most incredible love come from you for yourself that fulfills the inner space.
And you're just breathing within the diamond light clarifies thoughts,
Clarifies emotions and realigns them.
And breathe.
And just check now the kidneys,
Just check the inner body.
At the same time the energy runs up and out and back in and up and out.
And you feel your love and you feel the energy of the diamond in its brilliance,
Magnifying the love.
And as you feel the energy of the diamond in the will,
The third chakra,
You move it around,
Place it in the heart,
Throat area as you feel in the third eye.
And just feel and watch it,
Breathe into it and pull the energy back into yourself.
And all is well.
Life is good.
So,
Now you stay in this space as long as you need.

And before you return to the body to open your eyes,
You ask to see,
To know how are you going to take this situation forward to resolution.
And then at any time whenever you're ready,
You breathe a little bit more substantially,
Feel how you feel,
Know what you know.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
