Alright,
So make sure that you're sitting comfortably and you connect to the breath by breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just breathing in and breathing out.
You're watching the breath,
You're watching yourself breathe until the body finds its natural rhythm.
Just breathing in,
Breathing out and you connect now to the sound of the heartbeat and you breathe into it as you breathe it into yourself.
You see yourself now sitting on a mountain or on the edge of a cliff looking out and you observe the view.
The view is both that of the environment and that of your life environment and you find that you can see to the horizon and very far up,
All around and down.
The only thing that you cannot see,
The only view is of that behind you and that represents your past that you leave behind because it's over and you breathe and you give thanks for all that has come in to bring you to this space right here,
Right now life is good.
So you breathe in,
You breathe out and you feel your knowing,
You feel your acceptance of life.
I am life,
You feel and life presents,
It expresses,
It experiences through me.
You feel the truth of this in terms of your heartbeat,
Your inner heart and you feel now yourself expand with your love.
It's your love of life,
Your love of self,
Your love of everyone and everything that touches you as you express together life and love and you hold this view for a moment in your own peace and in your own space and as you see,
As you watch as both the experience of this moment as well as being the observer of this moment,
You feel,
Just feel your own expansion of space and you feel the infinite possibilities that are there for you to reach to and to touch at any moment.
There's so much wealth in the experience,
In the potential of creation rather than in its material aspects only and the two together brings value to the spirit but it's not essential.
So you just ponder that for a moment as you breathe up and down the spine just a few times and you keep the eye on the view and you feel within there's a presence which is your own of course and you feel how you feel when you are in this peace.
This is joy.
Joy is a silence that is a part of peace.
It's way of being and it's always a part of us.
It's always a part of us.
And so you feel this to know,
Just scan yourself as you're feeling,
Sensing and this is space,
This is life because life grows into space and here you take a moment now to ask of yourself,
Of your wisdom,
Your first question,
Your first confirmation of your own knowing and as you do so you continue only to hold the space and the view,
The extended view so that the answer can arise within you and so you just breathe and feel your heart beat and you allow,
Just know,
Just allow,
Silent,
Quiet.
The answer will come,
It always does and you ask again as often as you need to hear from your own wisdom,
Just keep the question simple,
You listen to hear and you feel the energy of the answers so that one day when you're practised and I would expect you to be because you will practise if you want your own answers,
It becomes a normal part of your daily life to ask,
To scan,
To resonate and therefore to know,
It's a knowing within and this spirit,
This is your spirit,
Your inner heart that's speaking direct to you,
Hearing yourself,
The inner voice,
We call it the peace of the inner voice that arises from the inner heart to know truth,
You have to feel it,
You feel it's called the resonance,
It feels right,
It rings true and so we continue,
Very good.
Alright so let's take the time,
Just feel how you feel and you take another look at the view,
Just turn your head around,
Above,
Below and you look to see and you turn now to see the view behind you so your view becomes not only 360 all around you,
It's 720 and this includes above and below,
Within and without,
You're looking to see,
Feeling the energy,
If the view has changed,
If the colours have changed,
If the vitality has changed now that you have connected with your wisdom mind,
If your own view of the view has changed,
It might not,
Either way we celebrate what is and now once again just connect to the breath,
The in breath and the out breath and you feel your peace,
Feel your own substance,
You feel the energy,
Feel your own life as it's expressed through you,
Truth lies within,
Perspective exists without and you apply your truth to your own perspectives and even to others and you will always be well,
You will always be safe and you always feel loved and I thank you for this.
