
Mastering Pain

It doesn't much matter what kind of pain it is ..... pain is pain is pain is pain. And when you're in pain you're pulled out of your inner space just by being in pain. It takes effort to overcome it - and it's perfectly possible. Please just follow my voice to return to your natural self, and from this place, true healing can begin.

All right,
So let's work together a little bit here to move any feelings of pain.
It doesn't matter whether it's emotional pain,
Physical pain or spiritual pain.
Pain is pain.
And the first priority is to harmonize it within the body so that you can bring yourself back into yourself and be on top of the pain rather than for the pain to be on top of you.
We can do this through the breath.
And today we're going to do this through working specifically with the vibration of colors.
I'm going to move a little bit into working with the sacred geometry here of the body.
So just breathe.
Center yourself by breathing up and down the spine.
There are three energy channels within the spine.
And all you need to do is to breathe in and out.
Just bringing the breath up,
Being aware through scanning of the body.
Where is the pain?
Located.
And all you're doing is bringing the awareness into the point of pain.
Breathing into it,
Drawing it into you with the breath.
And just breathe.
And you know that all is well.
Life is good.
Essentially.
So you breathe in and out.
Up and down.
And all you are focused on is the breath.
And there are times like this when as the awareness settles,
You start to hear,
Think of things that you need to do.
And people often say to me,
Well it doesn't work because I have the shopping list in my head.
And you just need to know that the reason that you are hearing what's going in your mind so loudly,
So coherently,
Is exactly because your awareness has settled.
It's the only reason.
Rather than fight it,
Which is a waste of energy because then everyone loses,
You acknowledge it for the insights and the reminders that it brings.
And you breathe and you scan.
And you bring the breath up the spine until you know that the breath moving up the spine has become natural.
And you are just following it with the awareness rather than leading it with the awareness.
And you become the breath.
And now in this beginning,
The pain of whatever it is that is calling your attention is filling the awareness.
And you are moving towards it.
And you continue to breathe it in and out of you.
And at the same time you become aware of a colour that has presented for you to use as the overriding,
Harmonising force for this moment and the following moments.
The pain within the awareness is filtered into a higher level through the vibration of the colour.
All you have to do is to breathe in and out through the colour,
Become one with it.
That's all you do,
You just breathe,
Bring it in.
And the energy you are using with the pain is,
I see you,
I hear you and I know you.
And that is all you need to do within and throughout the breath and the knowledge of the colour that has arisen.
And so it is.
And just focus on this for the next few moments.
And now you take the colour that is holding the vibration.
You bring the vibration of the pain and you run it through the colour green.
And it is the green that is the colour of the emerald.
And you feel how it feels to move from the colour that was given to you,
The original colour,
Into the green that uses both the colour and the vibration of the emerald.
And you sit within this.
You draw a circle around yourself.
And the circle becomes a sphere so that you are within it.
And the sphere is made of the emerald substance.
And you are within this vibration as the vibration is also within you.
And you breathe and you continue to breathe because breath is the beginning of substance of life and you know this to be true.
And within this truth that you are also breathing into yourself is the in-breath and the out-breath of the universe as defined through the human movement.
All that space and the breath is in and out natural and you are following it.
In and out,
Out and in and so it is.
And now the sphere you place into a triangle.
And the triangle becomes a pyramid.
The pyramid is blue and the vibration is that of lapis lazuli.
And so you are encased within the sphere,
Within the pyramid and you watch the energy of the pain if it is still in the body.
And you harmonise with these two stones.
And you harmonise within the colour of the stones,
Different levels,
The different aspects of the energy that you are being invited to work with.
And you feel it and you resonate and whichever part of the body,
Whichever body it is that is still in pain,
You offer that into the vibration of the colour individual and the colour integrated.
So you are working with aspects of and the whole picture.
And you know that all is well and life is good and you breathe in and out.
Within the awareness you become the sphere.
Within the awareness you become the pyramid.
You become one with all that is,
Your colour and your sound,
Your light and your vibration and you breathe this to know it.
Just breathe and hold that space,
Nothing to do.
Just sit,
Observe at what arises within you and for you to know in this moment in terms of the gentle rhythm of your life.
Finally you realise that you are just breath,
You are just space breathing.
And within the space of breath you ask one question to the pain.
Who are you?
And from where do you arise?
And you hold the space until you have an answer.
And the next question to ask yourself,
Your high wisdom if you will,
As the pain has arisen and it has brought me such a message.
Now what do I do,
What do I need to do or how do I need to be in order to harmonise it?
And you hold that space too.
And you breathe that into yourself,
You breathe it into the third chakra,
It's located around the stomach area.
And the chakra is I will and harmonising that with the will of all that is in terms of the acceptance.
And as you breathe,
Very good,
Just feel the energy and feel now who you are in context with who you were,
Where you are now in context of where you were.
And that judgment is just plain and simple knowing.
Very good.
Now stay in that space for as long as you need,
I will step back for you to take this forward.
And whenever you are ready,
Release first the pyramid,
Then the sphere,
Then the colours.
And you are back into your original colour in whatever space you need to be in within until you are ready to come back into your body and open your eyes.
And I thank you.

Tears are subsiding. I'm above the pain with an intense focus like this. The queries, "who are you, where do you arise from?" are incredible to actually ask. It is the new year and I would like to thank you again. This is my first post on Facebook jut now because I so want to share. This meditation greatly changes the vibration of my pain by changing my focus and I become more aware of myself through breath, who I am as consciousness. With two very interesting questions that I should really ask more often and spend more time waiting for the answer. The greater question, however, is how do we share this consciousness with our differing minds and bodies and as a human being I am not this body nor even this mind yet, the same consciousness? Our minds and bodies so different and all different in our spirituality
