Anxiety often comes when we think things are going to happen to us that we have no control over. It is the fear of not knowing that is causing the anxiety, this then has a knock on effect to our emotions that can then sometimes spiral out of control. It doesn’t matter from where the anxiety comes or why you feel anxious. If it is there within you, it is within you, it is what it is. Here we seek – to look, to see, not the cause of the anxiety, we are seeking to deal with the physical and emotional effect it has upon you so you can free yourself from its constraints and then refocus on your path. The path of the journey for you to move through life much more effortlessly than previous. To assist in moving through these feelings here is a short Practice to use as a tool to manage your anxiety. Best to keep it really simple, seekig focus on the small step of the solution rather than the problem.

All right,

So today we are focusing on a practice to clear anxiety.

Now it doesn't matter from where the anxiety comes,

Why you feel anxious,

If it's there within you,

It's there within you,

It's what it is,

And we just seek here to look,

To see,

Not the cause of the anxiety,

We're not going to go there,

We're seeking to deal with the physical and the emotional effect that it has upon you,

So that you can free yourself from it,

And once again focus on your path,

And that's the path of the journey as you move through life much more effortlessly than previous.

So we're just going to breathe together to open the energy,

Get you settled,

And put aside any thoughts or anything that you need to deal with.

We're going to just focus on energy flow,

And the word effortless is just simply when energy flows.

Don't need to know how it flows or why it flows,

You don't even need to do anything at all to assist the flow,

Except you are right here right now in your body,

And you're breathing,

Breathing together,

It's a little journey,

A little pathway that we're taking that adds value to your journey of daily life,

Or a daily journey of life,

Two parts of the same whole.

So you breathe,

We're just going to breathe together,

You can breathe a little deeper,

Perhaps a little harder than you normally would.

Pay attention to the crown chakra,

Just going to breathe into the crown,

And we're working with this particular chakra,

Top of the head,

To balance the mind,

The mental body.

So we're doing just breathing in and we're breathing out,

Just very gentle,

There's nothing there,

Just aware,

Weather outside,

It's sunny,

Windy,

Rainy,

Just be aware,

We're just going to breathe into the crown and be aware of the external environment,

In terms of the weather.

So you focus again on the crown chakra,

To bring the attention back down the spine,

To the base chakra,

Base of the spine,

Just connecting the physical body to the mind energy,

So we're doing,

And you're attuning that with the weather,

Which in effect means you're working with the five elements in pure form.

That's all we're doing,

Just three things,

Very simple,

Crown chakra,

Connected to the weather,

Which is in fact any one of the five elements,

Wood,

Water,

Air,

Fire,

And earth.

And you focus as well on the base chakra,

And you're aware of the breathing.

So we're doing just breathing in and breathing out,

And breathing in and breathing out,

And feel what's happening inside the body,

If there are any effects of this practice,

Any heat anywhere,

Any movement of energy,

Anything like that,

Be aware and bring that into focus too,

As an external element of the inner being,

Just breathing in and breathing out.

You can take a couple of deep breaths if you feel it's the body changing gear,

If so.

Anxiety comes often when we think things are going to happen to us,

That we have no control over.

And so all you're going to do now is to know that whenever anything comes up,

You will always have within you a tool to deal with it.

As long as you keep it really,

Really simple,

You scroll it right back to what I'm going to do this moment right here,

Right now.

And energy opens when you focus not on the problem,

But on one very small step of a solution.

So all you need is one step,

And for that one step,

You would need to know that you already have everything within you,

Every resource that you need in order to deal with anything.

It's the fear of not knowing that is causing the anxiety,

And then it has knock on effect on the emotions.

They get cloudy,

The mind gets cloudy,

And you can't think.

Then you're playing over and over again in your mind the same problem,

And you make a big problem out of something that's quite simple.

The simplicity is that when you get to a certain space,

You will be given an answer that is a resolution to what is that you are facing.

Simple as that.

When you accept this,

Then you are quite a long way up to accepting your own creator energy within the universe,

That you are much,

Much more than a mind of thought responses.

If you let your mind go free,

If you allow the mind to be creative,

Indeed everything is possible.

Everything is possible.

We're just going to breathe together in and out again.

You scan now,

We're not going to look at the problem.

I'm not even going to do anything about problem today.

We're going to look for one piece within you,

Right here,

Right now,

That gives you joy.

Because when you are in your joy,

You return to your flow.

When you're in your flow,

The mind is free,

The mind is free,

You become free.

Then from that freedom,

Once again comes free will,

And free choice as to what it is that you would like to effect to enjoy your life completely and absolutely.

So breathing in and breathing out.

Just together,

Being once again aware of what's happening within the emotions and the physical body.

Knowing what makes you happy,

Knowing what makes you joyful in this moment,

And knowing that this is what you would prefer to focus on right here,

Right now,

And in all the other moments following,

In order to change your response to certain limiting thoughts and situations.

And so it is.

So settle,

I will step back now to give you the space to stay in this space.

I would suggest you stay for a few more moments,

Allow spirit to speak to you directly,

And then you move on from there.

This is a very simple meditation but it seems to have dissolved some of the anxiety about life in general that I ha felt for a very long time. Thank you, this is a great gift.
