What better way to start your day than with this personal progression practice, designed to bring you back into your self. After a week of no doubt challenging situations, here you reclaim your strength and value by connecting to nature to rebalance soul energy so you sail into the weekend – or any other day – without any shadow of a doubt at what is important. And what is not. Most people are unaware that we have five internal senses that are complemented by five external senses. We also have the sixth sense – your intuition – and then there is the sense that combines all of the above. This makes a total of 12 senses. In your meditation today you will express once again your loving will to anchor deeper the light of Spirit – YOUR spirit – into your human self. Work with your chakras to connect with the energy of inner nature to make sure that there is no shadow of doubt of what is important for you looking forward into the weekend (or any other day).

So sit comfortably and breathe in and out of the stomach chakra,

It's the center of your will.

You have a very strong will and it's a very loving will and we just want to anchor that a little bit more in terms of your will for yourself.

That's good.

Alright just breathe and connect to the heartbeat,

Be aware of the strength of your loving heartbeat and bring the attention to the first chakra.

And breathe up and down the spine a few times.

And now run the breath up the spine and be aware of each chakra as you're doing so.

Now place the attention into the seventh chakra and connect the first with the seventh and run the energy in between.

Good.

Alright hold that for a few moments.

And now start to see where you are,

Where spirit has placed you.

Are you in a field?

Are you in a forest or sitting by a lake?

Around you hear the sound of nature.

And just watch the nature around you,

Be aware of what it is because each aspect of nature that is being shown to you now is highly symbolic.

And smell the nature around you,

We use the inner sense and you're watching yourself within the experience so you are both the experience and the observer.

And a few moments anchoring that knowing.

And now slowly you rise and you go for a little walk.

And you walk towards the nearest piece of water.

And when you get there you sit by it and you rest,

You smell it,

You savour it and you feel the breeze through your hair on your skin.

Smell that.

You know which season it is,

You know which time of day,

It's all about consciousness,

About sensing,

Feeling to know.

That's good.

And when you're ready you walk into the water,

You feel the temperature and you float,

You feel yourself being supported by the water.

You feel your body giving up the stress and the emotions that cloud your inner sight.

Your need to deliver the best,

Your ability to listen to everyone,

Your strength in friendship as being a very good friend,

Your value to all.

You just allow the stresses of everyday life,

It's the simple ones,

Not complex,

Just leave the body and be taken by the water,

Reused by nature.

And you feel the sun on your face,

The water on your back and the nature around you just is and you feel free and life moves on slowly and gently and with grace.

Now,

When you're ready you turn over,

You dive into the water and you take a good look at underwater life.

Just swim around a little bit,

Breathing freely under the water.

At the same time of being under the water you feel your heart beat,

It is the heart,

It is your heart that sustains you and you feel the quality of your own love.

And in this space,

Under the water where you are totally supported by spirit,

You feel your own love for yourself.

And you feel safe and you feel seen and you feel known.

And into your space there comes a dolphin,

Very special energy,

Very high intuitive function.

And you feel how it feels to be swimming alongside one of these.

You feel whether this one is a male or a female,

They have very specific and different functions.

And most of all you feel the energy,

You connect your intuition with your friendly dolphin and you ask the name,

You ask why they have come and you ask them what message they bring for you.

Now at the same time as you are having a telepathic or intuitive conversation with the dolphin,

You are also aware of what is going on around you in the space of under the water.

Now,

When you are ready,

Look up to the surface,

Say goodbye to the dolphin,

You will meet again.

Come up,

Float on the water and stay as long as you need.
