Bring yourself back into balance by returning your view to your internal self. Start by following the breath to allow your soul vibration to arise and guide you peacefully and safely through challenging times. You then connect to your heartbeat, feeling your own vibration and the different aspects of your soul space, and then let this balance be your guide to daily life.

Right,

Just breathe in and breathe out,

Up and down the spine,

Bring the attention back into the body.

Just take a moment to reconnect.

Feel your own vibration,

Feel your own energy.

Most of us have lost touch with our own vibration,

Who we are,

And most of us have become who others expect us to be,

Whether it's society or whatever,

It doesn't matter.

It's not a criticism,

It's just how it is.

Just reconnect to your breath and through the breath to the heartbeat.

We're not now connecting to the personality side of us,

We're releasing the personality,

Going into the inner heart,

We're connecting with the soul.

We are life.

We are love.

We are most of all ourselves and the gift that we bring to life is the gift of self and sharing.

It is sharing ourselves and our own light however we choose to do it.

And we just breathe into this.

And as we do this,

You find a place in the physical body that feels tight or stuck and you breathe into that because it's the breath that opens up the stuckness,

The breath in and out and the heartbeat.

You just feel how you feel in this moment.

And as you are creating a deeper reconnection with your inner being,

You ask to see a colour and the colour that comes to you is the colour of your soul because the soul is a vibration and so is colour.

And you accept the soul speaking to you now through the colour by breathing into it and breathing it into yourself.

And you feel how you feel when you're now connected to your soul.

Now at the same time,

You be aware of the energy in the room and how the energy within the soul colour feels and how you feel within it,

Within yourself.

And you know that this is the energy of love finally and absolutely.

I am love.

And you feel how you feel within the celebration of yourself.

I am love and love is all that is and so am I.

You feel your own warmth and you feel yourself as warmth.

I am warmth.

And now you feel your own joy and you feel how lovely it is.

It's really beautiful.

Within your joy you feel your peace.

This is how peace feels and if you're not in peace at the moment,

Consider what you need to let go of in order to be at peace.

Cut the energy cords if necessary that bind you.

Peace and memories,

Shared hope,

Expectation,

Finally grief,

At whatever loss you perceive,

Doesn't matter materially what it is.

Just cut the cords energetically and move on.

You do it because you love yourself first and foremost and you're doing it because it's time.

Feel now your honesty.

Honesty and authenticity are the same.

When you're being your honest self,

When you're being your authentic self,

You're actually being in your strength.

There's nothing to hide,

No expectations.

You are true to yourself and that's all that is.

Feel how you feel in this moment.

Do your own caring and feel now you're in silence because you're in it.

Many people say,

But my thoughts are crazy,

Can never get into my silence and then I say to them,

Well look,

Your thoughts are crazy because your mind is still and you can hear them louder.

Just let them do their job,

Just acknowledge them and then they can move on and so can you.

Don't fight it.

Just let it be and feel your own silence.

You now feel your empathy.

Feel your empathy for the others in your life.

Many of you have known each other before.

In terms of energy,

You've come together again to create substance and to return to joy.

Now you remember that joy and peace are one and the same.

You cannot have one without the other.

They are just different aspects of the silence within.

And within your own silence,

You feel how your compassion feels and you see what colour it is.

Feel the quality of your own nurture and your commitment to self and feel now your own nature.

Your inner nature is the I am,

The connection with spirit and all that is and that is power,

Infinite potential and that's all of you now and always.

Feel your laughter bubbling up.

That comes from your joy.

That's a lovely childlike joy,

That's all of us really.

Mostly we're not good at being grown-ups.

Let the child play and express.

You feel now your own tolerance.

How does it feel?

And you feel your own acceptance of all that is.

You are an amazing being,

Full of light and full of love.

You wouldn't be here otherwise.

You are either already in this space or you're in the process of returning to it and feel how that feels within you.

And feel now your own ability to respond to life on your own terms in love and strength and your ability to be a light to others who are doing the same.

I am.

And feel the infinite potential of these two words,

A statement to your inner universe.

I am and I will,

That's all.

That's life.

And feel now how you feel.

This is your soul energy.

It's the energy of love.

And within your space,

Take a moment now in your own silence to either ask a question or to make a wish and allow the answer to filter through your intuition.

And accept what comes to you.

Now if you've made a wish,

Feel how you feel when the wish has already come true and hold that energy.

That's your signal to the universe of your acceptance.

And then you say thank you.

Be aware of how you feel,

Hold the energy.

And when you're ready,

Breathe up and down the spine a little bit.

Bring the attention more outward and open your eyes.
