
Clearing Inner Space Through The Chakras

Feeling overstressed? Need some space? Clearing inner space through the chakras, using our breath as a tool and connecting to our inner sense is beautiful and dynamic work that quickly recentres you. Just allow, let yourself be in your own space – inner space – and watch your energy flow.

All right so we're going to clear some space here and we're going to strengthen the inner body so you just breathe in and you breathe out and you focus on your breathing.
Always important to connect to the breath and through this we connect to the heart.
Just breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out you feel your body start to still feel your breath.
Just feel how you feel when you're breathing.
Now normally at this stage a lot of people start to get lists the shopping lists things to do then they always say oh it's impossible to still myself I always get all these thoughts come in but the point is is that the thoughts would not be able to come in so clearly if your mind body your heart was not already in process of stilling itself it be full of thoughts now it's so clear because you are already still.
So just stay calm and just focus on the breathing and acknowledge what comes through and know that it's all fine it's all good it's all right and it's all proper in the light of natural right order.
Focus on the rhythm of the breath.
Breathing in breathing out and you're aware also not just of your thoughts of your emotions to you you're aware of how you are feeling what's coming up for you during this practice.
As you breathe in you feel yourself breathing in the light it's not just common garden variety daylight it's the light of the inner sun and as you breathe you feel yourself breathing out whatever and you no longer needed it terms of thoughts terms of emotions in terms of toxins whatever you just breathe in and breathe out and you find that the body will start to still quite naturally in its own rhythm so you feel now the energy of your own heart and you start to feel your own stillness and you start to feel the body start to fall increasingly silent and when you're ready place the attention in the first chakra this is located at the bottom of the spine and it represents structure of life also represents manifestation into the material plane so you completely place your attention at the base of the first chakra.
Now for this meditation we're going to be receptive which means that we will go into that space and you will feel it by being in your silence there's nothing else to do just to be and to feel so with the attention there to know why you are feeling how you're feeling and just be now in your own energy and feel how this feels and with the attention in the first chakra you allow the energy to come to you from that chakra that is also yourself and when you are ready connect to the second chakra just bring the energy up to the navel area just feel the silence of that space just allow the energy to come to you settle in and feel it just ask to know it to mercy it it's about relationships this area relationships with yourself with spirit with life with others all that is and now within the silence of the chakra you feel the difference between the first and the second chakras between the space is at the base of your spine space that's in the navel and you feel your relationship with them between both but with quite different energies and you just be aware of the space that's all as you move between the two chakras just follow the breath and you're breathing into each chakra and at the same time this increases your inner strength it's a good exercise to do every day just breathing into the second chakra to the first in and out and you're feeling the difference just feel how you feel and bring the attention bring the energy up and you bring the attention to the third chakra it's located stomach area we call it the solar plexus satu the seat of the inner sun and you feel how you feel there and now you connect the chakras the third and you feel at the same time the energy of the second in the navel and then the attention goes to the base of the spine just scan to know the differences the similarities just move feel between all three just to know yourself there how you feel within each chakra it's a simple movement of space and alignment for the breath and the attention so right now just move the energy up to the heart area it's the heart chakra it's the seat of unconditional love and you feel how different the heart chakra feels to the other three it's very different just feel it to know it and if an emotion if an emotion or a fear comes up just breathe into that chakra and feel where it's coming from and what it is just by placing the attention then breathing it's being released that's just enough to breathe to acknowledge it to release it right here and right now you don't really need to know what it's about it's just an emotion or a fear and then you bring in the color green into the inner vision and you breathe that in and out of yourself and you breathe into it as well now your attention is in the heart area the fourth chakra the third the second and the first just a gentle dance of light and breath of energy connection within yourself all right just gentle let's move up to the fifth chakra it's in the throat area it's a seat of self-expression you just breathe into that and to feel the energy same time you're aware of what's happening in the other chakras and the throat area is about the ability to communicate and to listen to communication as well so it's the in and the out and you're holding now five chakras manifestation relationships will unconditional love which is also the energy of creation and communicating this and just feel the difference and also feel the similarities so you are both the experience and you are also the observer most of all you're always the practice so with the awareness anchored in the fifth now go into the other chakras and you feel again how you feel size differences similarities of space and energy sound and light and again if you're releasing an emotion or a fear just breathe into and out of that chakra without a need to know what it is and when you find the chakra from which you are releasing you could just feel it just a gentle breath into it to expand the space of release it's very good just hold the energy and be aware that's all you need to do all right so you move the attention the awareness up we're going to take it to the third eye six chakras located in between the eyebrows and that is the seat of your inner vision and your ability to see clearly and really be in that energy and space so you're just breathing in and breathing out you're getting to know it and when you are ready you connect with all the other chakras so you can feel that too in context and get to know the difference so we're just going to breathe and scan just resonate yourself at the same time which chakra is the strongest and which is the weakest just for yourself so that you know just feel to do that you're scanning the body and then you go now to the one that is the weakest and you breathe into it with the energy of I see you I know you and I harmonize with you in the light of all that is the inner sun that is balance and joy and expression and expansion so you be aware of how you feel when you are in this space do you feel fear is there joy you just breathe to release you breathe to express it's very good and now you bring the attention to the seventh chakra it's on the crown of the head and it represents the inner being the clarity of everything being called the crown chakra you just breathe there and at the same time you breathe in and out of the others and again resonate feel how you feel when the attention is there that's presence and now from this crown chakra you bring out all the golden light just let this light flow around you and around the inner body and just feel how the light feels as it's inside just draw it inside you inside the body the light of the inner sun just hold to resonate the energy around you breathing in and breathing out and so you have the golden light and you're resonating with it and you're present in it every single chakra just breathe up and down the spine to resonate that then you hold the energy of the golden light and you feel that the entire inner body has been harmonized with it the light spirit is your spirit your light wisdom your higher wisdom and you're harmonizing yourself back into the light with the light that you already are intrinsically to hold that energy for a few moments just breathing in and breathing out the life that you are and being aware of where you are what's happening within and just feel and when you feel that you finished you just open your eyes you take a note of your emotions just remember the experience call to mind any messages that you might have been given and you hold your own space for a few more moments you say nothing you feel your peace and then you just stay here in your own stillness you're in silence for as long as you need.
