Hi,

I'm Annabelle and I'm with Anna today and we will be guiding you through your loving kindness,

Yoga nidra and sound healing practice.

This will help cultivate a space of self-love in your heart.

So let's begin with finding a comfortable position.

For this practice,

I would suggest lying down on your back.

And once you've arrived,

I would like to invite you to gently close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Deeper than you've taken all day so far.

Just begin to tune into my voice on the exhale,

Allowing it to ground you into the present.

Giving this time for yourself,

You're making yourself your first priority.

Inhale,

Your belly rises.

Exhale,

Your belly falls.

Inhale,

Your belly rises,

Deeply.

Exhale,

Your belly falls,

Letting go of what no longer serves you for this moment.

Feeling the earth beneath you.

Feeling every part of your body touching the earth,

Supported and loved.

On the inhale,

You relax deeper,

On the exhale,

You just completely let go.

And on your next inhale,

Start to tune into your body.

Feel your body as a whole and observe how it's feeling,

Emotionally or physically.

We all have parts of our bodies that we wish were different.

But instead of sending judgement,

Let's send love.

Completely without judgement,

But always judging ourselves,

How we're feeling,

How we should feel.

Letting go of any expectations here.

On the next exhale,

Letting them go through.

Now tuning in to your head,

Letting it relax into the floor.

On the next inhale,

Envision a glowing light shining from the crown of your head into your body.

On the exhale,

It fills up your head,

Relaxes your tongue.

This light just keeps growing with every breath.

It's seeping like a waterfall down into your neck.

And very slowly,

It's trickling into your shoulders,

Helping you to let go of any tension there.

This light relaxes you.

This light is holding you.

Put the light down the right arm,

The right wrist,

The right fingertips,

Shooting out,

Into the space around you.

Feel the light in your left arm,

Your left wrist,

Your left fingertips,

Shooting out into the space around you.

And then,

On the next inhale,

Imagine a glowing light shining from the crown of your head into your stomach.

The light flows into your stomach,

You completely let your stomach go,

The light flows through your stomach,

Into your stomach.

And then,

On the next inhale,

Imagine a glowing light shining from the crown of your head into your stomach,

Into your foot,

Shooting through your toes.

The light flows to your left hand side,

To your left hip,

To your left hip.

The left upper thigh,

The knee,

The light glows,

To your lower leg,

Your ankle,

All the way to your left foot,

Shining out.

And then,

On the next inhale,

Imagine a glowing light shining from the crown of your head into your stomach,

Your left hip,

Your left hip,

Your left hip,

Your left hip,

Your left hip,

Your left hip,

Your locked right leg,

Your left hip,

Your right hip,

Where you can get light to expand,

Creating a bubble around you,

A safety net.

And now,

This wonderful amazing space you've co-created is made up of compassion.

I'd like to ask you,

Who or what are you grateful for today?

Who or what are you grateful for today?

Who or what are you grateful for today?

Who or what are you grateful for today?

Or say it's the ability to walk,

Envision you walking in a field.

Whatever you're grateful for,

Begin to really visualize or feel it in this space through your body.

Maybe even allowing you to smile.

Feel this space of gratitude and love that you've created.

Breathe it in.

Feel the light expand and breathe it out.

Just sit in with this feeling.

If you're finding it difficult to hold on to something,

Maybe start to think why these things mean a lot to you.

Why do they make you happy?

Who and why these are all tools to help us embody the feeling of gratitude.

If you can feel this compassion,

This love and gratitude for others or things in your life,

Then you have the capability of feeling this love for yourself.

Choose to go inwards now.

Breathe in this love that you've cultivated.

Feel it fill every soul.

Like this light is hugging up.

Let go of any beliefs,

Any stories you've told yourself that you are unworthy of this love.

You're not good enough.

You are nothing.

Someone deserves it more.

Let go of these thoughts.

Instead,

Breathe in this love that you've created.

You are capable of it.

You are love.

You are loved.

The more we put things we don't like about ourselves to the side and see them as separate to us,

That they're undeserving,

That we will never feel home.

Next inhale.

Breathe in your mind.

I am.

Exhale.

Enough.

Inhale.

I am.

Exhale.

Enough.

Inhale.

Breathe deeply.

I am.

Exhale.

Letting all those stories go.

Enough.

Repeating this mantra in your head until it just fades away and imprints in your mind,

In your body.

I am.

Enough.

I am.

Enough.

I am.

Enough.

You are enough.

You already have been enough and you will continue to be enough.

Ask in this light that you have created,

This love that you deserve.

I am.

I deserve to see myself in the warm glow that I see others.

My light is abundant.

My joy is important.

I deserve to take up space.

I deserve this light that I give others,

This compassion that I give and serve to others.

I deserve to give it to myself.

I am enough.

I've always been enough.

This love that is flowing through me is mine to keep.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Deeply restful and healing. Thank you so much. I found the sound of the harmonium a bit loud at points, if it were a little quieter it would be easier to hear the guidance. Absolutely loved the singing and the essence of the yoga nidra. Namaste.
