Did you just go through a breakup?

If so,

This is probably the meditation for you.

Take a moment and get comfortable.

I recommend laying down for this practice and really surrendering.

Take a moment to place your hands on your heart and start to connect your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Sending the energy,

Sending your breath to your heart space.

Feeling the discomfort that is there.

I want you to know that you are safe,

That you are in control and that you are ready.

There is nothing you need to do right now,

Except be with your body.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Now with your next inhale,

I want you to breathe in the energy of all the new possibilities.

I want you to exhale all the past pain.

With each inhale,

Imagining how your life could be.

And with each exhale,

Making room for that new life.

Maybe you get that new job.

Maybe you start traveling to where you always dreamed.

Maybe you want to focus on your business,

On your family or on yourself.

Whatever it is,

This breakup has been a gift.

It has allowed you the space to create whatever you want in this life.

So by feeling this discomfort,

Feeling this pain,

With every exhale releasing your past life a little more and more and more,

You slowly make room for the new and the amazing.

And it's not easy,

But it was time.

You are so safe.

You are so worthy of a love that truly feels like love.

A love that feels like that childhood sense of a fairy tale.

And it's coming.

But you need to decide who you are first.

You need to find them.

Because sometimes we lose ourselves.

And getting to rediscover who you are,

It's one of the most magical things in the universe.

And you're not who you used to be.

You're not who you were before the relationship.

You are someone entirely new right now.

You get to decide where you want to go,

What you want to do.

You have so much power.

You have so much choice.

And the thing is,

You will never make a wrong choice.

It is truly impossible.

So all you need to do is keep breathing.

The worst part is over.

And once these final feelings are felt,

You'll be free.

And you'll have created a life that you love.

A life that is unlike anything you imagined before.

It's a life that you look at and say,

How did I get so lucky?

Everything just worked out better than I could have ever expected.

Something was always looking out for me.

You are ready.

You can stay with this breath as long as you like.

You can stay in your heart as long as you need.

But just know that each breath you are healing.

Each exhale you're allowing the past just to be.

It may always be one of the best parts of your life.

It may be one of the worst too.

But the most important thing is that it's your past.

And you are at peace with it.

With each breath,

You get deeper to the lessons that you needed to learn from that relationship.

With each breath,

You see more of how you've grown.

You see how you have transformed.

You see what you need to work on.

And you see life for what it is.

Your ex-partner for who they are.

And yourself for who you are.

Radical acceptance in every form.

When you accept,

You can change.

I invite you to bring your energy back to your heart space.

And taking one deep final breath.

Filling yourself with all this new life.

This new breath.

This new energy.

And exhaling.

Sighing out any fears,

Any doubts,

Any heaviness still in the body.

And start to circle your fingers,

Your toes,

Your ankles.

Adding movement.

Before slowly opening your eyes.

You are so loved.

You are so appreciated.

And you are so powerful.
