You can just put everything down and start to gently close your eyes.
And as we close the windows of the eyes,
What starts to happen is it helps us remove ourself from the external stimulus,
The external stimulus of our lives that ignite all of our senses and pull us outward.
Tonight is about drawing inward and upward.
So that's the process I'll be taking you through,
Drawing you inward.
It's fully guided and I will be talking most of the time slowly with small gaps in between.
So you can really take a journey deeper and deeper inward to yourself,
To your creativity,
Your joy,
Your natural state and upward towards the end,
Up into your own light,
Your own soul,
Your own spirit.
Regardless of.
Your faith or religion.
This is beyond all of those.
This is about energy and vibration.
So um just starting by taking your awareness to the body.
And I want you to notice how your body feels.
Just noticing how your body feels.
Does it feel warm or cold,
Light or heavy?
Does it feel dry or moist?
Just noticing without needing to change it.
Taking a note,
A mental note,
Of how your body feels.
Don't even assess it,
Just notice,
And notice the presence of your physical body.
Notice your arms,
Your legs,
Your torso.
Your head,
Your feet,
Your hands.
Notice the presence of your body.
Often we're not even aware of our bodies.
So be aware of the presence,
The physical presence of your body.
Often we live throughout the day from the neck up in our minds.
And the body's just been carrying us around.
So feel the weight of yourself sitting wherever you are and just dropping here.
Yourself into the support of the chair and allowing the support of Mother Earth to come up underneath you.
And really resting into that support you may feel like you can sit slightly back and drop your energy down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Release all tension.
Breathing in and as you breathe out release all tension from the eyes.
The jaw.
The throat.
Shoulders and neck.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Release all tension from the chest.
Arms and hands,
Palms of the hands.
Breathing in.
Breathing out,
Releasing any tension or gripping in the belly,
The hips.
The glutes.
The legs and the feet.
Breathing in.
Breathing out relaxing everything.
Just feeling your body.
Becoming heavier.
And resting into the support of whatever you're sitting on.
And really feeling the support of Mother Earth coming right up underneath you and resting into that.
Being here with your body.
Your body is here with you.
And now being aware of the mind and all of the comings and goings of the mind,
Being aware of any thoughts.
And rather than following the thoughts,
I want you to simply label them thought.
And then I want you to bring your awareness to the inhalation and the exhalation.
Being aware,
Watching the thoughts.
As they rise up.
And pop out.
And just label it thought.
Just think thought.
And then bring your awareness back.
To the inhalation and the exhalation.
Don't try to change it.
Just bring your awareness back to it.
Every time the mind wants to think something,
Maybe the shopping list or What else you got to do tonight after this?
Just gently and lovingly mentally label it thought.
And bring your attention back to the inhalation.
And the exhalation.
Keep softening.
Softening.
Observing the mind.
Observe the mind and label it thought.
If you have any physical sensations,
Any pain or jitteriness anywhere,
Simply label it feeling.
And bring your mind back to the breath.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And then letting go of that practice,
Take your awareness to the belly button.
Softening the belly.
And noticing whether the breath is coming from the chest or the belly area.
Without judgment,
Just notice.
Be curious.
And then as you soften the belly,
Inviting the outward breath to drop down from the chest into the belly if you're up in the chest.
Some of you might be even up in the throat.
So just keep softening the belly,
Don't force the outward breath down.
Just allow the belly to keep softening enough.
So that the outward breath will by its own nature.
Gently start to drop down into the belly.
Coming into some belly breathing.
Allowing the belly to rise as you breathe in.
And fall as you breathe out.
Keep softening the belly.
This sends strong signals to your nervous system.
That it can rest and digest.
And come off.
Fight,
Flight,
Freeze or fawn.
Just letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
And breathing deep into the belly.
Feeling your energy dropping down into the belly,
Your weight dropping down into your body and the belly.
The breath dropping down into the belly.
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Feeling safe.
Feeling grounded?
And at the same time completely alert,
Not sleepy,
But very present in your body.
Good.
Just continuing for a few more moments.
And just noticing.
As you're engaging your awareness fully in this present moment.
With the breath.
Deep in the belly.
Notice how everything else starts to fade away into the distance.
And all there is,
Is the breath.
And the rise and fall of the belly.
No effort.
The breath just quietly sustaining you.
The breath breathing itself.
Filling you with rich prana or life force.
Feeding you all the nourishment that's needed.
Cleansing and purifying your energy body.
All without.
Any effort whatsoever.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Softening the belly.
Relaxing.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Let's go!
Sigh Keep relaxing.
Softening the belly.
Notice if the mind is stilling.
Just notice how you're feeling now,
What's happening inside without judgment.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Without any effort.
Now notice saying as you breathe in,
Energy flowing up the spine like a wave.
And as you breathe out,
Energy flowing down your spine.
Like a wave falling forward.
As you breathe in,
Energy rolling up the spine.
And energy rolling down the spine as you breathe out.
There's no effort here.
Don't try to do it,
Just allow.
The inhalation and the exhalation to happen naturally.
And simply surf the breath.
Surfing the breath.
Let the wave roll up the spine with the inhalation.
Just observe and allow.
And allow the wave to roll down the spine with the exhalation.
Just simply allow,
Letting go,
Letting go,
And allow.
This to happen.
There is nothing for you to do.
Nowhere for you to be right now.
Fully immersing yourself in surfing the breath.
Feel the ease.
The steadiness.
The one-pointed fixation.
Of energy flowing up the spine.
Like a wave.
And energy rolling down the spine.
Cleansing and purifying as it goes and awakening all of your power centers,
Cleansing and purifying the chakras.
Just allowing this wave to flow.
And cleanse and purify your whole energy anatomy.
Your aura.
The power centers or chakras that run up the spine.
Surfing the wave.
Now we're going to move into the next segment.
We're going to release some energy.
That blocks our creativity,
Our joy.
That often we're very unaware we're holding on to.
So again,
There's nothing for you to do.
There's nothing for you to brace for.
Just keep letting go and relaxing deeper and deeper.
I'm going to speak some release commands.
Then I'll say breathe in breathe out and all you have to do is breathe in breathe out and release.
Whatever I say.
Only outward breath and we're releasing energy.
We're releasing energy.
You might feel it like energy flowing out of you and into the earth.
We now release the belief that we have to earn our rest and relaxation.
Breathing in.
Breathing out,
Releasing that belief.
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
I now release the habit.
Of putting myself last.
And calling this love.
Breathing in.
Breathe out,
Let that energy go,
Release from your whole body.
Your whole body,
Your whole body.
Release into the earth.
Feel that energy flowing into the earth.
I now release the story that it's too late for me.
That the best years have already been lived.
That I've already become.
Who I am going to be.
I now release this.
Fully and completely.
Breathing in.
Breathing out,
Let that go.

Another breath in.
And release out of the back of your head and neck.
As you breathe out,
Release.
Feeling that energy just drop down into the earth where it can be transmuted back into love and light.
I now release all quiet shame.
Around what I haven't done.
What I haven't created.
What I haven't become.
I release all comparison.
All of it.
I set myself free now.
Breathing in.
Breathing out,
Release from your entire being.
Let that go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
Feel it dropping away into the earth.
I now release.
All need to be useful to others.
All need to be needed.
All need to produce something.
I give myself permission.
I am allowed.
To simply be.
Breathing in.

Let it all go.
I now break.
All contracts and agreements.
That I ever entered into.
In this or any lifetime.
That keep me playing small.
That have me feeling less than.
Or better than.
I break all contracts and agreements.
That I have outgrown.
That no longer serve me.
And I particularly break all contracts and agreements.
With all people.
Times and places.
And events.
That I have given my power to.
That no longer serve me.
That are draining my life force.
I break these contracts now.
As a conscious act of will.
I call my spirit back.
I call my lights back.
From whomever.
And wherever I gave it.
Breathing in.
Breathing out,
Feel those contracts dissolving.
Or going up in flames.
Breathing in and as you breathe out,
Letting go of all of the energy between you.
And anyone in your life.
Any event or circumstance or situation.
That isn't serving you.
Release,
Release,
Release on the outward breath.
Let go with love.
For self and other.
I now release.
All cords of energy.
Between myself.
And all people.
All projects.
All institutions.
Groups and communities.
That are no longer serving me.
And I set my energy free.
Breathing in.
And as you breathe out,
Releasing everything and anything that comes to mind.
Just releasing energetically,
Feeling chords.
Unplugging from all over your body.
And dropping to the floor.
I ask that all cords of energy that are leaving you today be plugged into Mother Earth and fed with the energy of loving-kindness.
Until such time.
As they are ready to return to their rightful owners.
And then just calling your cords of energy back from wherever you've sent them out.
That are draining you.
Just feel those cores of energy returning to you.
And I ask that all cause that return to you be cleansed and purified through the Great Central Sun and return to you whole and pure,
Sparkling clean.
Full of vibrancy,
Joy,
Creativity,
Inspiration.
Wonder.
Awe,
Bliss and peace.
Being aware now of the energy all around you.
Within every cell of your being,
Vibrating.
Be aware of the energy all around you.
Projects out from your body in your aura.
Your energy body.
You may feel a tingling in the palms of the hands.
Or around your physical body.
Giving permission for your energy body to awaken.
When we are living in a material life focused on the physical.
And our five senses.
We become very unaware of our energy body.
Our energy anatomy,
Our power centers.
And yet.
.
.
This is where our power lies.
This is where our creativity comes in.
Flows from.
It is where our natural joy springs from.
Our energy anatomy.
Our auric field or aura,
Bubble of light around the body.
And we have larger energy bodies around that.
Be etheric and catheric.
Larger and larger energy bodies that plug us in to the collective consciousness.
And then the higher planes were the great masters.
Preside and reside.
In pure love and light.
So just allowing your consciousness to expand now beyond your body.
Into your energy bodies.
Nothing for you to do,
Just allow your consciousness to expand.
Be aware of the aliveness of your energy body.
When nothing is blocking it.
With thoughts and feelings and conversations and activity.
When that becomes still and calm.
And we tune into our energy.
Our vibration.
It's like switching the power grid on.
Feeling the vibration of your energy body.
May feel like heat.
May feel cool.
You may feel tingling all over.
Or you may just feel a sense of calm or stillness.
Being aware of all the things that others have told you.
About your own creativity and spontaneity.
Your willingness to try things.
That part of you that never grew old.
That never really burnt out or got exhausted.
It just simply went quiet.
Waiting for you to remember it.
We're going to go find this part of you now.
Without forcing anything.
Just allowing an image to arise.
A version of yourself younger.
A younger version of yourself.
Don't worry about getting it right.
Any age,
Any setting,
Just let whatever comes to mind.
Whatever image or picture.
Of your younger self.
And simply notice.
What this younger self looks like.
If it's a memory of a photograph of you,
That's also good.
There's no right or wrong.
Bringing to mind.
A younger version of yourself.
Noticing what they're wearing.
Where they are,
What they're doing.
Just seeing them in front of you.
Notice the expression on their little face.
Are they content?
Are they absorbed in something?
Are they curious?
Are they waiting?
Are they sad or withdrawn?
Whatever you notice is perfect.
There is no right or wrong.
Breathing in.
Breathing out,
Aware of your bigger state.
Your energy field.
And your younger self sitting here with you now.
In this imagined space.
Just go a little bit closer to your younger self.
You may want to sit beside them.
And if it feels right and if they're okay with this,
You may want to take their little hand.
It down to the eye level.
And just look at them for a moment.
This is the part of you that knew how to be delighted by small things.
That made up stories.
That danced,
Whether someone was watching or not.
That wasn't afraid of taking up space.
And then just quietly and gently.
Inside.
In your own mind's eye,
Just tell them.
Beloved one.
I'm sorry if I forgot you or abandoned you.
I'm truly,
Truly sorry.
I see you now.
And I'm coming back for you.
Breathing in.
And as you breathe out,
Sending them love.
Send this beautiful younger version of yourself all of your love.
Smiling to them.
Whatever state they're in.
Offering them your love.
And bring them into your larger vibrational energy body.
Just gently bring them in.
Into the safety and security.
Of your entire energy body.
And feel this beautiful little cloud.
Version of yourself join you in this energy field.
Not left behind in a memory anymore but with you.
Right here right now in this larger aliveness that is breathing in your body right now.
Because she is not and never was separate from you.
She is you.
She is the aliveness of you.
Your spontaneity.
Your joy your inspiration.
Your creativity.
Your light.
She is you.
The most essential part of you.
The pure,
Innocent part.
As you send her love.
See and feel her transforming back to her natural innocent.
Exuberant.
Joyful self.
And feel a warmth.
Starting to flow.
Almost like honey.
Just a natural warmth ascending.
Through your belly.
And through.
Your younger self.
Softening everything it touches.
Softening all the decades of holding and bracing.
Suffering any remaining pain.
Hurt.
Just allowing it to be transmuted for you and your younger self.
Flowing up to the heart now in you and your younger self.
Pause here at the heart.
The heart knows things that the mind never will.
Let your heart expand.
And bring this younger version of you into your heart.
Let your heart be as large as it always wanted to be.
As large as the love you carry for the people in your life.
Let your heart gently flow backwards towards yourself and allow all the love that you have resisted for yourself Feel this warmth flowing back to you.
Feel the warmth rising up to the throat.
Back of the head.
And now gathering luminous and still at the point between your eyebrows.
The inner I.
Rest your attention here softly.
Like a feather resting on still water.
Feel your younger self in your heart.
Close to you,
Held by you,
Loved by you,
Cherished by you.
Nurtured by you.
And as you both rest here.
Feel something beginning to expand beyond the edges of your body.
Beyond time.
Beyond all versions of yourself.
Be aware.
That you are now merging into.
Bright white light.
Your soul.
Your essential.
Original.
Eternal self.
The part that was never confused or diminished.
But alive.
And vibrant.
And infinite.
Be aware of this loving.
Peaceful.
Nurturing light.
Let it subsume your entire being.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are one.
Spending a few moments with your soul.
And simply asking.

Don't grasp for an answer.
Just simply allow.
You may be aware of a word,
A color,
An image.
Trust whatever arrives.
Even if it seems too simple.
Just allow.
Allow it to land.
Allow it to be held.
Spending a few final moments here.
Continue.
And as we move toward returning back,
Just start to slowly and very gently,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Gently,
Gently.
Allow yourself to slowly,
Slowly return.
Become aware of the breath.
The body.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Becoming aware of the room that you're sitting in.
Slowly,
Slowly taking a deep breath in.
And letting it go.
And as you slowly return,
Being aware.
That you will bring back with you.
The younger version of yourself.
That she is now with you or that they are now with you in your heart.
And you will carry them forward in your life.
That the two of you are going to be inseparable.
And that she will help you bring the joy and the innocence back in your life,
The creativity,
The spontaneity,
And you will offer her your love and attention.
Wiggling the fingers and toes.
And gently bringing your awareness all the way back,
All the way back,
All the way back.
And when you feel ready.
You can just gently blink your eyes open.
