This guided meditation helps you connect with and balance your Root Chakra (Muladhara), located at the base of the spine. It is the foundation of your energetic body, governing safety, stability, survival, and your connection to the physical world. You’ll visualize a grounding red light and chant the seed sound “LAM” to activate and harmonize this energy center. The meditation ends with affirmations that strengthen your inner sense of security and rootedness. This practice supports you during times of anxiety, fear, disconnection, or instability—whether emotional, physical, or financial. It also helps if you feel overly attached to material things, rigid in thinking, or reactive. A balanced Root Chakra brings groundedness, feeling supported by life, present in your body, and safe in the world. This is the first meditation in a seven-part chakra series.
