Angie Schwartzentruber

Somatic or Embodiment Practitioner,

Angie has been a practitioner of yoga since 2008. In 2022, she added meditation to her practice and began teacher trainings, to study the philosophy of yoga. To date, Angie is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher. The practice she offers is gentle, slow & mindful with a focus on gratitude and self-awareness. Her practices offer opportunity for loving kindness - befriending yourself on the mat. Her education as a social service worker is a huge asset in holding space for others. As a helping professional, Angie's yoga practice has a trauma-informed lens, with a holistic approach. Currently, Angie is studying meditation at McMaster University.
