This is a meditation focusing on the breath. In just five minutes, and a few extra breaths, you can feel more present, alert, focused, and in tune with your body. We will jump right into breathing and will transition easily back into the day. Take this meditation seated and use it as a mini-break.

This is a guided meditation focused on breath.

We'll begin by taking a deep,

Releasing exhale.

Smooth and soft,

Breathe in through your nose.

Hold the breath for three,

Two,

One,

And release,

Exhale out your mouth.

Inhale through your nose.

Release the breath count.

Take a few moments to establish a maintainable breath flow.

If it suits you today,

Feel free to keep breathing out your mouth.

Edges of your lips to begin to turn upward.

Feel your presence.

Feel the steadiness in your body.

And notice how in this place of steady,

You might feel a sense of flow.

Sometimes when I find this state of relaxation or presence or alignment in the moment,

I can feel my heartbeat.

Feeling the flow when things are steady.

The dance of the two energies is what we call life.

I hope you have a wonderful day or evening,

Wherever this meditation meets you.

Going forward,

Allow the edges of your lips to continue to turn upward.

Thank you.
