This meditation is to awaken your love for yourself and for others. If you observe with your full attention, you will find where in your body your love is coming from. And by being more present with your love, you will be able to share it without ever lacking it for yourself.

Hello and welcome to this self-love guided meditation.

For this meditation I recommend sitting on a chair or a meditation cushion.

I invite you to close your eyes and turn your attention to the physical point of contact of your feet on the floor,

The chair or cushion you're sitting on and your hands resting on your legs or next to you.

Take a few seconds to stay still and notice the stability of your body.

As you are sitting still observe your breath.

How is it?

Is it deep or shallow?

Long or short?

Try to observe it like if it was the very first time you realize your breathing with a childlike curiosity.

Notice which part of your body is moving while you breathe.

Your belly expanding and deflating,

Your shoulders going up and down,

The contact of the air coming in through the nose and out again.

Observe all of this simply without changing or forcing the breath.

Whatever you are doing,

You are doing it right.

Don't get wrong at breathing.

You are breathing,

You are a living being and for this reason you are worthy of love,

Care and attention.

This love can come from yourself,

From within but it can also come from others around you.

You deserve love because you are on this planet earth and that is the only reason why you deserve love.

You don't need to do anything special to be worthy of being loved by yourself or by others.

You are breathing in the love from the earth you are walking on.

You are breathing out the love you have for your friends,

Your family,

Your colleagues and everybody you care about.

Think about a dear friend of yours,

A child,

A pet,

Someone you love.

Think about how much you would help them if they reached out to you in pain,

Stressed or worried.

You would move mountains to help them.

You would do everything you can to help them.

Now imagine you are this friend,

This person who needs help.

Do you feel the same love,

The same feeling of wanting to help yourself no matter what?

No matter what you are feeling right now,

You deserve to be taken care of.

You deserve to love yourself and to be loved.

You are lovable.

Breathe in love for yourself.

Breathe out love for all beings.

Breathe in love for yourself.

Breathe out love for all beings.

Breathe in for yourself.

Breathe in love for all beings.

Observe your body.

Can you identify where in your body love is coming from?

Is it coming from your head or maybe from your chest where your heart is?

Maybe from your belly deep down?

Stay with this part of your body where love comes from and send your breath here.

Let your breath fill this part of your body with love that you breathe in and as you breathe out you redistribute this love.

We don't run out of love just like a flame from a candle that will burn another candle by giving a bit of its fire.

It did not diminish its own flame.

Love is the same.

You can give it away as much as you want.

You will always have enough for yourself and for others.

Breathe in love for yourself.

Breathe out love for all beings.

Breathe in love for yourself.

Breathe out love for all beings.

Breathe in for yourself.

Breathe out for all beings.

Stay with this feeling of breathing in peace for a few more minutes.

Simply being here with whatever you are feeling right now.

Breathe in love for all beings.

Breathe in love for all beings.

Breathe in love for all beings.

You you then come back to your physical sensation of your feet on the floor the chair or cushion you're sitting on and the weight of your hands resting on your legs or next to you come back to the noises you can hear inside the room or outside the room you come back to your position in the room come back to this present moment and when you're ready at your own time you can open your eyes
