You can only ascend as high as your lowest limiting belief.

What is that belief?

Hello,

My name is Angela Rose and if you are listening to this on IGTV,

Today I'm going to talk just for a few minutes,

A brief message today on what excuses are we making and what are limiting beliefs.

I had made a post today about the limiting beliefs and I wanted to talk about that.

So I want to share a story and maybe you can relate to this in your life.

So I am wearing my Journey shirt.

Okay.

And there's a story behind this shirt.

So I am a dreamer and if you're watching this,

Maybe you are a dreamer as well.

Maybe you are sensitive and self-aware and feel everything,

Including all the stress,

All the stories,

All the hardships,

As well as all the good times.

But as a sensitive soul,

It's harder for us or more challenging for us to ascend and to really move forward and to really get out of our own way.

So going back to the shirt,

The Journey shirt,

I have,

I'm a dreamer.

And as a body worker,

I knew I wanted to do big things with it.

So I applied to work with this company called Stagehand Massage years ago,

And I got to massage the band Journey.

And I got to massage Luke Bryan two different times now.

And I'm telling you this because I am not special and there's people doing way bigger things with that than I am.

But I never have really been afraid to apply for jobs that I think I might not get or I think I might not be qualified for.

There are so many times like when these shows,

When these gigs came up,

For example,

The Luke Bryan one,

I get excited,

I apply for it.

And then the day of I'm like,

Oh my God,

What am I getting myself into?

You know,

How,

I don't want to do this.

Like,

I'm nervous,

I'm scared,

I don't really know where I'm going.

All these things could have prevented me,

You know,

Like they're around beautiful women all day.

You know,

It's not,

It's about getting out of our own way.

It's about one,

Recognizing what is this,

What is your desire?

And I always say,

You know,

You're on the right track when a limiting belief comes about.

Because nothing really is,

You know,

There's always going to be limiting beliefs stopping us.

So if you have a dream,

If you have a desire and then a limiting belief or a fear or something wants to stop you,

That's actually awesome.

You know you're on the right track because at the end of the train there's a caboose and we name that fear.

So there's always going to be fear there,

But who's going to drive the train?

Are you going to drive it or are you going to let the caboose push the fear along?

So it is a conscious choice that we have to make.

It's simple,

But it's not always easy.

So one,

Recognize what is your desire.

Two,

What is a limiting belief you have around this?

And we have limiting beliefs around lots of different things,

Around who we can have as a partner,

Who we can't have as a partner.

You know,

What we can have for clients,

Who we think we would never be able to work with.

All kinds of things.

If you have a desire in your heart,

More than likely you're going to have a limiting belief about it.

So my job is to help pull that out and recognize what is that limiting belief.

I'm recognizing as I'm ascending on my journey all kinds of limiting beliefs.

I always say,

You will hear me say this all the time,

If you go to the New York Public Library,

I have more stories than they do.

I have more books,

More chapters in my mind,

Probably on a daily basis,

Than the New York Public Library.

So you are not alone in this,

But I want you to know it is possible to shift it.

If I would have never have been a dreamer,

Sensitive,

In tune,

Aware of all these things that are superpowers,

If I didn't know how to channel my superpower,

I would never have applied to massage the band journey,

I would never have had the power to massage Luke Bryant twice.

Those were amazing experiences that I will have memories of a lifetime for.

And that's what we're here for.

We're here to expand in this world.

We're here to feel the feeling of freedom,

Of excitement,

Of joy,

Of bliss,

Of ease,

Of peace,

Whatever it is that you want to feel is here for you.

And I really believe that if you have a desire on your heart,

It's meant for you.

And a lot of the energy that we give towards,

If we're not there yet,

We give towards fear and it exhausts us.

And it keeps us on the hamster wheel.

And it's hard to get off that hamster wheel once we get on.

So if you have a desire and you're not maybe taking action on it,

Or maybe not knowing how to take action on it yet,

And that's okay,

You might be putting a lot of this fear energy,

Which creates a lot of overwhelm in the body,

In the nervous system.

So that's something I can help you,

I can support you with to figure out what that is,

To clear that out,

And to move forward.

And when you start to move forward,

When you clear it out,

It's like not giving that caboose so much weight,

So much energy.

You know,

And taking hold of the driver's seat.

So I do want to read the card that I drew today.

The card that I drew is what excuses am I making?

So today,

Wherever you are,

Just ask yourself,

Are you,

Do you have a desire?

What's holding you back?

Do you feel this heavy weight that's keeping you feeling stuck?

And what are your stories about that?

There are always going to be distractions,

Worry and fears that we will face when wanting something different in our life.

It can feel scary living in the unknown and not knowing exactly how life will unfold when we leap into something new.

Trust that you will be fully supported and do it afraid.

Come back home to you.

So an action step you can take.

Take one small action step today to build momentum and confidence.

Trust in yourself.

You can do this.

And I always say we're all born with confidence.

I used to think some of us had it and some of us didn't,

Because I always felt like I was one of those people that didn't have confidence.

But confidence to me is taking action on something that you want to do.

It's taking action and showing up for yourself consistently on a daily basis.

So no matter what that's unique to each one of us,

It's sacred to each one of us.

But what does it mean to be consistent and to show up for you?

We'll show up for our kids.

We'll show up for our partner.

We'll show up for our clients.

But are you showing up for you in the most authentic,

Honest way right now in your life?

And a mantra that you can tell yourself,

I can do hard things.

So the scariest part about this journey of ascending and really following our dreams and accomplishing them is the space of in between,

Where we are not where we are here,

But we're not yet here.

And we're in the unknown waters.

And I did a video of this a couple a couple videos ago.

You can look on my feed,

But it was about letting go to let flow.

But when we're in the unknown waters,

It feels like we're in the ocean and we we don't see land and we're afraid of sharks or we're afraid of something creepy.

Going to grab our feet below.

We're afraid we're going to drown.

We're afraid we're not going to make it.

All these things we're afraid of because we can't yet see what's next.

And that's where we want to try to control our life.

And as we know,

Control is an illusion because the only thing consistent is change.

We know this,

But our nervous system and our body still needs consistency.

And that's why it's so important to show up for yourself in the most honest and authentic way,

Whether that is going for a walk in the morning,

Going to the gym,

Eating healthy,

Saying no,

Saying yes,

Like knowing what your boundaries are,

Knowing what your values are is crucial.

Knowing what your non-negotiables are.

It's very important.

So if you would like support in this,

And clearing and discovering all these beautiful things to manifest and attract and live your life with abundance of what you really want.

So with that being said,

Just roll your shoulders down and back.

Put both feet on the floor.

Be where you are right now.

Taking a deep breath.

Bringing your breath to the lowest part of your stomach.

Right now,

Wherever you are,

It's a magical time.

No matter what you're going through or working through,

Headed to.

It's a beautiful time of self discovery and to know yourself more.

Because I believe we're all here to guide each other home.

No matter what we're doing in life,

Everything is to guide us back to our center.
