Welcome to this morning meditation,
A fresh start for today.
Before you step into your day,
Take this moment just for yourself.
Allow yourself to settle in,
Whether you're still in bed,
Sitting quietly with your morning coffee,
Or simply pausing before the day begins.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Again,
Breathing in,
Inviting fresh new energy.
And breathing out,
Letting go of whatever feels heavy.
Another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Your jaw to unclench.
And your body to gently wake up.
Today is a new beginning.
No matter what happened yesterday,
Whether it was beautiful,
Difficult,
Messy,
Or unfinished.
You do not have to carry all of it with you in this moment.
Let yesterday rest.
You can appreciate what it taught you.
And still choose to begin again.
And tomorrow with all of its unknowns,
Responsibilities,
And possibilities.
None of that needs your attention right now.
Tomorrow can wait.
Right now,
There is only this breath.
This body,
This moment,
This day.
Take a slow deep breath in.
And a gentle breath out.
You are beginning today fresh.
Imagine a soft light filling you,
Clear,
Calm and steady.
A clean slate.
A quiet invitation.
What if today didn't need to be perfect?
What if today simply asks you to be present?
To be open?
Open to what this day might bring.
Open to moments of joy you didn't expect.
Open to lessons and connection,
Maybe to your own strength.
You do not need to control every outcome.
Breathing in,
Inviting openness,
And breathing out,
Releasing resistance.
Let yourself soften into the feeling of trust.
Gently bringing your awareness inward.
Think about what it would look like to care for yourself today.
Not forever,
Not for the whole week,
Just for today.
What healthy choice could you make for yourself or for those around you?
Just for today.
Maybe it's choosing nourishing food.
Maybe it's speaking to yourself with more kindness.
Maybe it's even taking breaks when you need them.
Maybe it's moving your body.
Pushing yourself gently to complete a task,
Setting a boundary,
Asking for help.
Resting when it's time.
You can make one healthy choice at a time and then another.
And then another.
Small choices can create a powerful change.
Today you can choose what supports you.
Take another deep breath in.
And out.
Feel the steadiness beneath you.
Feel yourself slowly waking up.
You can enter today with fresh eyes,
Fresh ears,
A fresh mindset,
Fresh attitude.
Towards yourself with compassion,
Openness and intention with your choices,
That you can give yourself the permission to pause and think What would be the healthiest choice in this moment today?
As you go about your day.
Whatever yesterday was,
It's behind you.
Whatever tomorrow holds,
It can wait.
Today is enough.
This moment is enough.
You are enough.
Take another final slow nourishing breath in and exhale gently.
As you prepare to move into your day,
Carry this with you.
Today I can begin again.
I stay present and I choose what is healthy and kind for myself and those around me.

Gently open your eyes and step into your day with a fresh start.
