This is a song from my new 30 day Insight Timer course called 'Doorways To Being: A Path Of Mystery And Wonder (Released 14th April 2021). While not a formal meditation, I included it because I felt it captured the spirit of the course, of turning back towards ourselves with kindness, of knowing that we're enough and that we're all deeply connected.
