8 Hours Of Pink Noise For Sleep
by Andy Hobson
Pink noise is perfect for sleep because it’s naturally soothing to the brain. It contains more low frequencies and fewer high ones compared to white noise. Our brains tend to find this gentler and less stimulating. Pink noise is also great for masking background sounds and some frequencies found in tinnitus. It will also support deeper, more stable sleep. I hope you find this track helpful. Andy
