So as you are right now,
Gently close your eyes,
Relax your body a little,
Really settle down into your internal world and allow your mind to move down to your heart space,
Getting a sense of you the experiencer,
And saying to yourself,
I am here,
I am here,
And you can also include,
I am here and I care,
I care for this moment,
I care for myself,
And just listening,
Listening through your heart,
Through your awareness,
Noticing what's aware,
What's underneath all of this,
Imagining that your awareness is a mirror,
Reflecting your experience back as it is,
This mirror sees and knows it all,
It does not judge,
This mirror has no future and no past,
It's a reflection of self,
Noticing if there's anything behind that mirror,
Sensing there,
Not on the level of thought,
On the level of awareness,
On the level of presence,
Of being,
And just drop the question,
Who am I,
No need to answer it,
Sending that echo out,
Seeing what comes back,
Who am I,
And now taking a deep breath in,
Breathing out,
And gently opening your eyes as we end this meditation.
