So gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your whole body and just breathing,
Breathing with your body becoming aware of the space in your body and breathing into any places that might feel uncomfortable,
Agitated filling any space that needs care and attention and then expand your awareness noticing the space around your body above your head to the sides of you in front of you and behind you then gently notice where your body meets the outside world see if you can sense that place where your body and the outside world meet just very gently and your body may feel as if it has no bounds perhaps it feels very solid right now just noticing then shifting your awareness back in and bringing it gently to your heart space and the centre of your chest you can place your hands there,
One over the other or just one hand,
If you wish and feeling the space here and breathing into this space and as you do this allowing your mind to merge with this space feeling what you feel feeling safe thoughts will come and go emotions,
Sensations let it be feeling the vastness the infinite now bringing your awareness out again to a sense of your whole body noticing the light through your eyelids noticing the air on your skin and when you're ready gently opening your eyes as we end this meditation
