ALL M Hi there!

Shall we begin?

Lie on your back?

Don't hurry,

Make yourself comfortable.

We will play the twinkle lights game now.

Imagine that you are twinkle lights,

Someone just took you out from a box.

Wow,

Look at that,

Everything is so tangled.

Let's fix it.

First,

Carefully put your right hand aside of your body,

Please.

Good.

Then put aside your left hand.

Well done!

Now put your legs aside and firmly stretch your toes away from your body.

And relax.

Wow,

There is so much dust in here.

Let's blow it away so your lights can shine brighter.

Make a deep breath in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

That's better.

Now let us check the way you work.

Psss,

Close your eyes.

It's way much better to watch the twinkle lights in the dark.

I have the user guide,

So I know the way your lights should blink.

I will read,

And you need to listen carefully and check up.

I switch you on,

Your palms shine with green lights,

And elbows with red.

Switching on shoulders,

Hmm,

I bet they are blue.

Blue lights are also on your heels.

I can see it from here,

But if you feel that any of your lamps doesn't shine well,

You can easily replace it.

Simply unplug the old one and plug in the new.

Yes,

Perfect.

Let's move on.

Orange lights on your knees.

Yellow belly.

Chest is green.

A very little more.

Nose is shining with indigo color.

And purple lights is on the very top of your head.

How beautiful you are.

But I think your lights shine way too bright so they can overheat.

We have to reduce the pressure.

Relax your face and smile.

Relax your arms and shoulders.

Well done,

You're doing great.

Now relax your belly and relax your legs.

Try to tune the brightness of your illumination.

I'll stay silent for a while so you can play a little bit more.

You can light all lamps at once,

Or one by one.

Red,

Yellow,

Blue,

Green,

Purple.

Blink your nose.

Wink your knees.

Awesome.

Let's move from top to toes.

Purple,

Indigo,

Green,

Yellow,

Orange,

Blue.

Perfect.

Light up your entire body.

You are beautiful.

And gently turn the light off.

Now move a little with your fingers and your toes.

Stretch yourself slowly if you wish.

Blink your eyes and then open them.

What an excellent game we had.

Remember,

From now on you can shine your twinkle lights whenever you want.

Just close your eyes and dream up.

Well,

This is it.

Thank you for your mindful mindfulness.

What a fun little adventure this practice is! It’s quite upbeat and uses an effective metaphor to effectively do a body scan in a creative way. Great sound effects bring the metaphor to life with good quality narration and soothing background music too.
