Ps 58 the Hey,

Sit back,

Straighten your shoulders and your back.

Find a comfortable position for your legs.

Take your time but don't fiddle around too much.

Stretch your head right towards the ceiling.

No,

No,

No,

Wait,

Don't touch the ceiling with your head.

Well,

All kidding aside,

A magical world of transformation awaits us.

Do you hear?

Take a deep breath with your nose.

Breathe out.

Take a full breath.

Exhale fully.

Keep breathing.

Feel the air movement in your nose.

It's cool when you breathe in and warm when you breathe out.

Right?

The air movement is wind.

You are the wind.

A powerful element that controls the weather and makes the waves on the ocean.

Breathe in.

The leaves are rust with the trees.

Breathe out.

And you are brightening the cloudy sky.

Breathe in and the windmills are spinning their giant wings.

Breathe out.

A light breathe is gliding over your skin on a hot sunny day.

Breathe in.

The wind is swaying in the endless hill.

Breathe out.

And the lonely sheep raising its sails is heading home.

Do you hear the water?

It's the source of life.

What comes to mind when you hear this word?

Blue ocean.

A fast river.

Heavy rain or a glass field to the brim.

Water is also an element.

It's everywhere.

We are almost entirely made up of water.

Everything dry we have is skin,

Nails and hair.

And inside we are wet.

Can you imagine?

Do you want me to teach you to breathe like an ocean?

The ocean is so serene because it breathes in a whisper.

Take in more air.

And on the exhale say slowly and quietly.

Now,

While inhaling,

Just as quietly say.

And again.

I'm a bit cold.

We should get warm.

We need fire.

Fire is a source of light and heat.

Shall we fan the fire?

Repeat after me.

That's so good.

Relax.

You can move or change your position.

Do you feel the warm?

Fire warms up the entire earth from the inside.

The earth is home to all living creatures and for the elements that we have met today.

Take a breath.

Exhale.

Water flows over the earth.

Take another breath.

Breathe out.

The wind is blowing over the surface.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

The wind blows up the fire and the fire warms up the earth.

You are a part of this world just as the world is a part of you.

Anything that happens here influences you and you influence it in return.

I didn't know where it would go.

In the desert?

Try it!

This big beautiful world is you!

Thank you for your mindful mindfulness!
