In this meditation,

We are going to explore our fear of the unknown and our worries over what comes next.

These fears and worries can often take our focus off of what we are doing and what we need to move forward in life.

This meditation will help us release our fears,

Understand our strengths,

And allow ourselves to trust in the future.

Get yourself into a comfortable position,

Whether that is seated or laying down.

You may wish to have a journal handy for any insights that come to you during this meditation.

Let's all begin by taking a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

One more deep breath in and exhale.

I want you to release all expectations.

Release all the need to control what comes in and what occurs during this meditation.

Turn over power to your source.

Allow yourself to relax and receive exactly what you need.

Imagine a great white light coming down from the heavens,

Entering in through the top of your head,

Flowing throughout your body,

Cleansing away all the pain and pain that you have.

Flowing throughout your body,

Cleansing away all the stress,

Cleansing away all the overwhelm,

Cleansing away your anxiety,

Panic,

And fear.

Replacing it with love,

Light,

And positive energy.

Sit in this energy now.

Let it calm you.

Let it heal you.

Ask for guidance on what you need to release.

What have you been holding onto that you simply need to turn over control to the universe?

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Allow yourself to relax and receive what you need to release from the universe.

What fears come up when you think of releasing these items?

Let it calm you.

Let it heal you.

Let it heal you.

Let it heal you.

Turn over these fears to your source.

Imagine being wrapped in love.

Imagine the calm that exists when you release these fears.

With compassion,

Lovingly acknowledge all of your strengths.

Let it heal you.

With loving compassion,

Acknowledge what you believe might be your weaknesses.

Now slowly allow your source to remind you why these are not weaknesses.

Allow yourself to receive and see the guidance that you have everything that you need.

Let this knowing fill your entire body.

Breathe in the knowledge that you have exactly what you need.

Let it rest that it is safe for you to shine and follow the path that you are supposed to follow.

Let your heart be your source.

Let it rest in the knowledge that you have exactly what you need.

Let it rest in the knowledge that you have exactly what you need.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale.

Allow all the information that you have received in this meditation to flow through you to become part of you.

Taking another deep breath in and exhaling.

Remembering that you can return to this safe space where your source takes all your worries and fears and you can simply receive.

Receive the knowledge and the information that you need to continue with your day.

You are supported.

You are not alone.

Trust that it all happens at the perfect moment in time.

With this knowing,

Slowly start to bring your awareness back to the room.

Slowly starting to move your body,

Opening your eyes.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling.

Remember that you have the power and the tools to face everything that life brings you.

Allow yourself to step forward with that knowledge that you are complete with what you need.
