If I've learned anything from spiritual leaders,
Anything from spiritual thinkers out there and there's an abundance of them,
If I learned something,
The single thing that I could share with you,
For instance,
I think that would be 100% trusting the universe.
Now what I mean by trusting the universe is trusting that whatever happens right now,
Now I'm not talking about your worries or your projections in the future,
Nor what happened in the past that is already gone.
I am really discussing what's happening right now,
The here and now,
What happens.
Now you don't have to always be in the present to know and to notice what happens,
You can be in the past,
The future,
And the present at the same moment.
That's what we call reflective moments.
That's when we go on a little journey to see where we want to go.
That's an absolute normal thing for a human being to do.
It's essential.
What I'm talking about here is the moment that you start to compare between moments in your life.
Now this is where we go sideways.
This is where we tend to lose control of our own positivity and kind of go into the primal mind,
The primal mind that only knows and sees things that we are trying to avoid instead of things that we are trying to achieve.
We have to understand as humans that we have a negativity bias and that it's okay to be afraid of things.
Being aware of that fear in the midst of the present moment,
Being aware that this is a trait of the human mind,
That it's okay to feel like this.
But I do get to observe and to not live in it.
That I get to choose where to be right here,
Right now,
And it's a courageous moment.
The moment you take control over yourself and say,
I choose the present.
I choose to trust.
Whatever is happening is for me with me.
Everything in the universe is for me to me.
When we trust that way,
We are filling our space and our energetical field with positivity,
Love,
Abundance,
And trust.
We're filling the space.
We're filling the seats.
There's no seat for anger,
For discontent,
For sadness,
For jealousy,
For comparison.
We've already filled our seats with gratitude.
We've already filled our seats with love.
Those values walk with us.
But the way they walk with us is by intentionality.
I have to take that decision.
It's not obvious that I have to take it,
But it's not benign.
And that's where we fall in the traps.
We think that our minds are capable of living moment to moment without pausing down,
Without reminding ourselves with the intentions of the good life living.
That's where we make a mistake.
Because the primal mind is something that walks with you by default.
And we all have it.
All of us.
And we have to learn to pause,
To remind ourselves with the values that we want to be,
What we want to continue being,
What we are aspiring to be in the future.
And we have to keep on reminding ourselves with those values and being in the present to notice what is going on.
Because without noticing,
There's no awareness.
So that's where we spend almost a lot of our lives,
In fact,
Is we are just almost unaware of what we're doing and saying and thinking.
It's all defaulted.
That's why awareness comes in handy.
And it's a daily routine that's going to help you find that intention,
Connect with that power.
Carriage is at the core of self-confidence.
I'll repeat that again.
Carriage is at the core of self-confidence.
Now can we just pause here for a second and think about carriage and core?
We all have a core in our bodies.
We understand that core is the center of energy.
That's where you find your energy.
That's where you find that brave.
That's when you are confident.
You puff your chest up,
You lift your shoulders and you say,
I got this.
Now carriage can only be found by sitting with our own minds.
Imagine that.
The action of sitting with your mind every day is building a great deal of carriage that yields self-confidence,
That yields an impact in the world.
If I am insecure,
If I have issues with self-confidence,
I will never put myself out there.
Hence,
You'll never see me.
You'll never hear me.
And that is not a problem.
Well,
You get to decide what is your problem.
Of course.
But if we all want to do something with this life,
If we all want to be of service to others,
To embrace our truth,
We have to have the self-confidence to speak for ourselves,
To be with ourselves,
To be unbreakable and unbeatable in front of the simplest form of existence which is our own thoughts.
If your own thoughts beat you down,
This is a great opportunity to connect and to find your carriage and sit with that and say,
I am not this.
Notice.
Be the perceiver instead of being engulfed in your own thoughts.
Have the carriage to choose day by day your values and intentions.
That's how you get the work done.
