Good morning.
Welcome to this morning self-love meditation.
Allow yourself to be restful in your bed or on your couch.
Wherever you are in this moment.
Notice the softness that is holding you.
The gentle support.
That you can fully lean on in this moment.
Allow yourself to begin your day from that place of softness.
Of nourishment.
For yourself.
Withdraw your awareness from the surface that is supporting you.
To your body.
Begin to drop into your inner world today.
Notice the variety of sensations in the body.
Unfloat your awareness towards one place,
One sensation that calls for your attention.
With mindful curiosity.
Observe this sensation.
And ask it what it needs right now.
In order to feel safe.
To feel healthy.
You allow any image,
Word or feeling to arise.
And then bring that element to that place in your body.
Drink it in.
Take a soft inhale.
And a full exhale out.
Remain here for a few more breaths,
Really letting that safety,
That nourishment,
Sink in.
Notice any tension melting away.
Begin to feel into your heart space.
Allow your heart to be stirred up and opened with every breath you take.
Notice the warm and tingly sensations arising from your heart.
Feel your energetic field around the heart expanding and opening.
Let's breathe in together this self-love,
This pure,
Unconditional,
Compassion,
Loving-kindness.
Inhale from your heart into every cell in your body.
Exhale,
Let it sink in every cell.
And let it integrate.
Inhale,
Breathe it in.
Exhale,
Release any blockages,
Any barriers preventing you from feeling this self love.
Inhale,
Receive.
Exhale,
Release.
Continue for a few more breaths here or simply rest,
Bathing in this beautiful,
Pure feeling pure love.
Take a deep breath in from the tip of your head all the way down to your toes.
Fill yourself up with healing love,
Healing light.
And exhale create a shield around yourself,
A protective shield.
Inhale.
Exhale,
The shield is now completely enveloping you,
Completely surrounding you.
It only allows in positive energy,
Joy and love.
And it keeps out any negative energy,
Any anxiety or trauma.
Focus on your soft breath continuing effortlessly.
Conceal your morning practice with giving yourself a gentle yet nourishing hug.
Wrap your arms around yourself.
Send yourself genuine,
Recharging nourishment.
Receive.
Unwrap your arms.
Notice how you feel.
And know that this one drop in the ocean,
Your moment of awareness and beginning your day,
Ripples through the entire ocean.
Ripples through your entire day.
You have now set the tone of your beautiful new day.
