Welcome to this EFT tapping session on money fears and money blocks.
In this session,
Whether you are a beginner in EFT and you are completely new,
Or whether you are an experienced tapper,
We will go through a process of releasing money blocks,
Freeing ourselves from overwhelm,
From anxiety,
And hopefully by the end of this EFT tapping session you will feel more confident,
More calm,
With a regulated nervous system,
And you will feel more equipped to handle your finances and feel more positive about the future.
EFT tapping stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and we will use the different meridian lines in our bodies and gently tap on these points.
Before we begin,
Let's take a moment to sit comfortably.
You can keep your eyes open or gently close them.
Roll your shoulders up and then backwards and down.
Become aware of your breathing and where you can feel your breath the most.
Slowly start to lengthen your breathing,
Taking deeper inhales and longer exhales.
Feel yourself arriving in this moment.
Now from a scale of 0 to 10,
How high would you rank your anxiety or overwhelm in this moment?
With 0 being non-existent and 10 being at its maximum capacity.
Now whichever number you feel you are at right now,
We will try to lower this number by the end of this session.
So keep this number in the back of your mind,
Take a deep breath in and then let it go.
And then we'll begin the tapping.
You can use 1,
2 or 3 fingers to tap,
Whichever one is most comfortable to you.
And you can repeat after me,
Silently or out loud.
During tapping we'll go through a few rounds of clearing out the negative,
Clearing out the uncomfortable and by the end we will reinforce positive statements.
But we are not in a toxic positivity zone here,
So bear with me as we go through the uncomfortable and grow through it.
So let's start.
Start tapping on the side of your palm,
On the side of your hand.
And repeat after me.
Even though I feel overwhelmed by money right now,
I can still love myself through it.
Start to tap on the top of your head.
I feel very overwhelmed right now.
Start to tap on your forehead between your eyebrows.
I feel very anxious when it comes to my finances.
Start to tap on the side of your eye,
On both sides or on one side.
I feel overwhelmed by the bills I have to pay.
Tap below your eyes and all the costs that I have.
Below the nose and this makes my body feel tense.
Below the mouth.
I don't like this feeling of lack or scarcity.
Tap on your collarbones.
I want to shift it.
Tap below your arms,
Under your armpit.
I want to have self-agency when it comes to my finances.
Beautiful.
Lower your hands.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Tap again on the top of your head and repeat after me.
I don't like having this instability in my life.
Between your eyebrows.
I want to feel more rooted.
Side of your eyes.
More grounded and safe.
Below your eyes.
I want to let go of unhealthy patterns.
Below your nose of both spending and saving money that are not helping me.
Below your mouth.
I actually want to do the right thing from now on.
Tap on your collarbones.
I want to feel less heaviness in my body.
Below your arms.
I want to be able to look at my bank account without anxiety.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Now we'll shift into the bridge between the negative and the positive with what-if statements.
Start to tap on the top of your head.
What if I could actually manage my money well?
Between your eyebrows.
What if I could realize that money is neutral?
The size of your eyes.
Money is not good and money is not bad in itself.
Below your eyes.
Below your eyes.
What if I could find a new healthy pattern of handling my money?
Below your nose.
What if I could get clear on my financial goals?
Below your mouth and take small steps towards accomplishing them.
On your collarbones.
What if I could take away the heaviness and the anxiety when it comes to money?
Below your arms.
Your armpits.
What if I could give myself compassion,
Forgiveness and grace?
Take a deep breath in and release.
We'll now shift into the positive statements.
Start to tap on the top of your head.
I am extending compassion to myself.
Between your eyebrows.
I am giving myself a big emotional mental hug.
On the sides of your eyes.
I am patient with the process of money.
Below your eyes.
I am managing my money in better ways.
Below your nose.
I am hugging and sending love to the part deep inside of me.
Below your mouth that is deeply anxious and afraid of the future.
On your collarbone.
I am letting this part know that they no longer need to suffer like this.
Below your armpits.
They no longer need to scream for attention and yell and panic.
Keep tapping below your armpits.
I hold this part in my compassionate embrace.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Start to tap on the top of your head.
I know that all is well.
Between your eyebrows.
I let this part of me that is anxious about money know that I've got this.
Sides of your eyes and that I am doing things differently for the both of us.
Below your eyes.
I let this part know that from now on money has a different meaning in our lives.
Below your nose.
I ask them how they want to change the role that they have and they respond back to me and explain what they want their role to be.
Below your nose.
Perhaps cheerleading me whenever I hold on to money instead of spend it.
Below your mouth.
They also want to cheer me on for saving money and earning more money.
On your collarbone.
This part of me just wants to be my cheerleader instead of my panic alarm.
Below your armpits.
So from now on I set the intention that together we will build healthy financial habits.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Start to tap on the top of your head.
I feel so much more space,
Calm,
Trust and ease.
In your eyebrows,
I trust that money is showing up like it always has.
Sides of your eyes and money will keep showing up,
Right now,
In the present and in the future.
Below your eyes,
Money is always here for me.
Below your nose,
I know money doesn't buy happiness but it allows me to live the life that I want to live.
Below the nose,
I trust in the circulation process of money.
Money is circulation.
Below your mouth,
I love myself and I thank myself for looking at the discomfort and loving the part of me.
Below your mouth,
I love and thank myself and all the parts inside of me for doing the work and healing my relationship with money.
On your collarbones,
I'm grateful for looking at what is not working well and start to work with it instead of against it.
Below your armpits,
I love myself and I thank myself.
I'm grateful that I can make money in this world and have my own unique contribution.
