With your eyes closed and in a comfortable seated position,

Let's start by taking a deep breath in and exhaling.

Taking another deep breath in and exhaling.

Last time,

Deep breath in and exhaling with a sigh.

Now imagine that you are surrounded by a gentle breeze.

Feel the air entering your lungs with each inhalation,

Bringing curiosity,

Flexibility and spontaneity into your life.

This air is opening you up to new perspectives,

Allowing you to find balance between listening,

Speaking and knowing how to use words to heal instead of hurt.

With each exhale,

Visualize the wind blowing,

Cutting through layers of old stories,

Removing worries and negativity.

With each breath,

You can feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter.

Now bring your attention to water.

Water represents your emotions,

Your creativity and your memories.

Visualize a gentle stream of water flowing from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.

Allow the water to cleanse and purify everything that is trapped in your emotional body.

With each inhale,

Feel the water calmly enveloping you,

With each exhale dissolving any tension or stress.

Connect your attention to earth.

Imagine that you are in the middle of a beautiful forest.

Feel the solid ground beneath you.

Visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Connecting you to the stability and strength of the earth.

As you inhale,

Breathe in patience and generosity,

Ambition and practicality.

With each exhale,

Letting go of stubbornness,

Criticism of yourself and others and the need to be in control.

Allow yourself to feel connected,

Nourished and held strong by Mother Earth.

Bringing your attention to fire,

Imagine a warm,

Bright flame in front of you.

Feel a warmth that radiates from your skin,

Filling you with energy,

Passion and inspiration.

Breathing in courage,

So you can stand up for your beliefs.

Imagine your inner warrior,

Allowing you to fully express your wants and needs.

Imagine a fire inside of you,

Burning away anger or fear and transforming any negative energy into love,

Laughter and vitality.

Your elements of water,

Air,

Earth and fire are within you and now in complete harmony.

Feeling gratitude to Mother Nature for the wisdom that these elements bring to our lives.

Taking a deep breath in and slowly opening your eyes,

Returning to the room,
